There is no difference. This is the same scam as the rest of ICO's real estate.  
Tokens will change to euros and buy real estate. And then the earned money from the lease will be changed to tokens and paid to you. It's brilliant.

On collected on the ICO money will be the purchased commercial real estate. Al real estate, owned by the company will be tokenizated. GES token will represent the part of cost of all of the real estate properties, owned by GENESIS platform.

Members of the GENESIS project owning of GES tokens, become owners of corresponding part of all the real estate properties, owned by the platform.
