The GES token is the only accounting unit that confirms the investor's participation in the GENESIS project. Most of those real estate crypto projects did not make waves at the market, the others has been died just before it reaches the exchange some did not stay and died instantly while the others stayed for a quite period of time, what will be the difference of this project from all those already launched.

Genesis is not an intermediary platform, but an ICO, which will purchase commercial real estate objects for collected money, and then rent them out.

They are not a platform for connecting people together, they are a platform that owns real estate and receives income from its commercial use. All investors who have bought ICO tokens will receive profit from the rental of real estate, which will be credited to their account. Investors through the internal exchanger can exchange the profit for any cryptocurrency or Fiat money or buy tokens. Tokens of ICO Genesis will be secured by real estate, which bought the Genesis on the money raised from investors.

There will always be scams in any direction of the ICO and the scams will always be discussed a lot, as many people lose money in them, especially if there was a powerful advertisement. If the project is good and made a profit, it is quickly forgotten, and the scams to be remembered for a long time. So any time for start is difficult. People will remember the old scams, new ones will appear.

I don't agree with you. Why you think that now is not the best time to start such a campaign? I think that now is the best time for any not-scam projects to go initial coin offering. And Genesis goes the right way too. We shouldn't compare this project and atlant ot others.

investment in real estate was always a good deal for investers, but they should have a lot of many to do it themselfs. Also they should minimize risks and know where and when make theit investments. Now, when such project as Genesis goes to ICO you can put as  much money as you have and minimize your risk coz of investment analytics of Genesis company. They know better what to do with your money.
