Is the real estate investment direction mainly Europe?As far as I know, Chinese real estate is also in the era of high profit.
China is too far from European business vision. It's hard to there for foreigners Don't forget that China also protect their domestic market from overseas capital in some business courses. Every country protect ther domestic market and domestic interests. But they neen investments. The question is what is more important to protect domestic interests or to get investments. |

China is too far from European business vision. It's hard to there for foreigners May be they invite a specialist from China to make business with China real estate. I think this is the best way to have business in China. But this is just an idea. First time they will buy commercial real estate in EU. Becouse they have experience in working with real estate in EU and a team from EU. Sure, China as any other country is good perspective but not now. |
