Some people forget it's a piece of technology because its most of its inner workings are abstracted from them. I do disagree with your point regarding "safeness" and "fastness". A lot of scams thrive in crypto because it's transactions are final with the added bonus that they remain anonymous. And with regards to speed, it has its scalability issues where more nodes doesn't equate to faster transactions, and i dont know if lightning network can fix this alone.

Aside from those factors that may affect Bitcoin's value, I also have some observations that also is considered as factors. For me Bitcoin becomes more valuable due to increasing numbers of crypto enthusiasts in the community while the supply is decreasing due to scarcity. It also has the biggest and strongest community in the history of cryptocurrency due to acceptance and adoption either a country or crypto related payment system and businesses arround the world. Bitcoin can also give people a chance to have financial freedom.

If we discard the various theories that are so fond of clogging the head of all kinds of schools and teachings and wonder "what is the value really?", then on a chain of logical reasoning eventually you will be able to come approximately to the following: value is defined by set of desire of people to own (use) a certain asset and its rarity.
