Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
I think it will not happen at least in the near future. BTC will continue to be the leader. |

Right now because of the price ethereum and more investors move to ethereum and leave the bitcoin because the day the bitcoin price has dropped and they have chosen ethereum. |

for me i think it will not happen i can see future in ethereum but will never overtake bitcoin Totally agree, yea its good idea that ethereum will be improve in future more then other altcoins and will get high demand rate but it never overtake bitcoin because bitcoin is the queen of all coins price of bitcoin is also high while also demand of bitcoin is very high. While also bitcoin is improving more and more and will get high more high price in future. So i will always prefer queen of coin to bitcoin. |

Bitcoin will stay as the king of cryptocurrency while Ethereum will just be the king of tokens. Many supports Bitcoin more than Ethereum and the market capitalization is not enough in order to dictate who the king is. The market cap is just the multiplication of the current price and the circulating supply so we could simply say that it is just a number and cannot prove anything related to the "being the king". |

Possibly yes, ethereum has more potential now to grow unlike before, new ICO are based in ethereum so the explosion is in ethereum now. while bitcoin is in rough to move along with altcoins, ethereum now is growing fast and most likely this is the year for ethereum. eth can and possibly reach the value of bitcoin this year, if not so it can be near to it.

He might be the new king of Crypto but Bitcoin is the All Mighty of all, let just say, ETH March forward to challenge the the BTC, it may won in some aspect but they can not dethrone BTC.
Of course ETH is evolving to match up and catch up BTC but do you think BTC will just wait as sit? Of course they will form new strategies and create new plan design to counter the others.
Since everybody is looking for a big picture and consider the future of their coins, they pump their head and think what to do next.

I don't think so, it takes few years before the ethereum become number 1 crypto because even the price of the bifcoin decreased price is very high compared to the last few years. But everything is possible to happen maybe this year your prediction is correct. But incase ethereum become number 1 because I have some ethereum now snd I will hold it for few years because I believe next bitcoin will be ethereum.

I think this is very possible, because now many ICOs invest based on Ethereum. The demand of Ethereum is far greater than that of bitcoin. The wider the application of Ethereum, the higher its value. We look forward to the value that Ethereum displayed for us in 2018.

Why not? It is possible for ethereum to lead the cryptocurrency. But i don't think it can beat btc for a long run. Maybe for a couple of days, weeks or months. But not too long. Ethereum has it's own identity,So does the bitcoin.
We've seen this play of ethereum in crypto world a couple of times,. I guess, we really never know what's gonna happen. Even the predictions fails..

I don't think Ethereum is the new king of crypto because bitcoin is still around. Even if bitcoin is down, its market cap is still way up high that's quite hard for Ethereum to reach. But soon, maybe soon if bitcoin will be gone, I like Ethereum to be the next bitcoin.

I think it’s worth investing into ethereum this year. What could go wrong with it? I mean the currency is perfectly stable even though we are seeing the bloodbath for the other curencies. The ETH is already on the mind of most of the crypto traders and after they saw the up surge of the bitcoin now they are into ETH to grab the same opportunity in hope to see spikes of more than 100%. This will happen and for the many good reason we should also invest into ETH to support the whole project.  |

it can happen if the ethereum will be the number one king in crypto. but for now it is very difficult because it is hindered by the reputation and price of very high bitcoin. ethereum is currently still number one but in altcoin not in cryptocurrency. |

I like ethereum because they are solving real world project. many bussiness are adpoting smart contract on the ethereum chain. Though it will take time to be king. Bitcoin is still the king.

I do not think, however bitcoin will remain the first because basically bitcoin is the first pioneer for cryptocurrency and now people only recognize bitcoin in appeal with ethereum but may be for the next few years ethereum will be the first
