I must say that this is actually a very good piece of advice and this is the right thing to do in such kind of circumstances. Things are very much disturbed and if you will not make yourself calm, then things will get even worst. You actually need to relax your mind and you need to think of something other than that of crypto currencies for a while. Take a break and hope for some good event to happen.

That's what I did this last few days when everything had crash and it hurts seeing your portfolio experience a big loss. I'd stay away from my blockfolio like I wanted it to uninstall but eventually I didn't and I can't.
I kept myself busy so I won't think cryptos, I hang it with my family, went to mall and unwind and now that I'm back, it surprise me that the market is slowly recovering again while the good news about cryptos are everywhere.

I do not regret the price drop a few days ago. I even feel lucky because yesterday I bought lots of altcoin and bitcoin. and now the market is moving upwards. I am sure the end of this February price will return to normal
