He is in to fiat money in share market. So he doesn't like this alternative power against their system. So why he wants to say that "Bitcoin is the future''? never expect any positive news from him about bitcoin. and  don't forget he said the same about amazon. but we all know where is amazon now?

Cryptocurrencies are not stable currency. Their values goes up & down. So we cannot make investment in bitcoin according to anyone's words. Our personal decision is what matters here. Dont take decisions according to anyones statement. If he stores all the money that he has inside a bank then he will lose that money and some else will claim it.

What is your  opinion as per  Warren buffet statement, he is a wealthy giant globally he told CNBC on Wednesday the recent craze over bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies won't end well. "In terms of cryptocurrencies, generally, I can say with almost certainty that they will come to a bad ending,"
Am really scared hope the end is not near. I want to hear from knowledgeable individual what the future holds.
No. 1 rule on this cryptoworld which is dont ever believe or trust someones words towards on how crypto would be either regarding on prices or future predictions. That BUffet man is just saying his own opinion not totally a reliable thing to consider for you to believe that guy usually make some funds but the truth is he do make engagement with bitcoin which is a total dumbass.
Not because he is economist and wealthy person you are going to believe on him. He is not into digital investments and more on physical and tangible investments, meaning he believe on what he only sees unlike on cryptocurrency the ability to change in value is on a deeper aspect where the interpreter is only the graph.  Bubble may blow or may land on a water surface that will last long enough to be recognize.

I can sense a lot of fear in your statement. If you are afraid, you can sell off your coin and be at peace and allow the investors to play their game. Of course, warrant buffet is just saying his opinion and everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. Its all about you to say your opinion and follow your instincts

Everybody has the freedom of speech to express himself willingly without any form of restriction and i think that is what he just did. Never be deceived by their rumours about bitcoin and how it is going to fall. They said way back when it was launched and yet bitcoin still thrives.

Not only that, he's an old school trader that love tired out and known markets and this digital is something new to him. But even him realizez the potential of exploring it's volatility. If they wanted they could easily control it by poring 100billion in btc. I think that that already happened when the likes of him got out of BTC when it reached 20k.

For my own opinion, Warren Buffet is just making FUD . We don't know if Warren Buffet already bought some Bitcoins? Or everytime he is telling that Bitcoin will end, that's the time he already sold and will buy again when there is dip. We don't know.

What's the point of continuing to comment a statement of Warren Buffet six month after that he has expressed it?

The future of Bitcoin is not in the hands of Warren Buffet although he has great influence. Perhaps he did not really understand the concept of Bitcoin during its early times and lost some investments. Bitcoin investment requires a critical analysis of the market before deciding to venture else you might lose your investment. It does not matter your status or even that of Buffet.

Mr Buffet is more than old at the moment, i think that he is not capable of making this kind of predictions anymore, his times are old now.. I really doubt that bitcoin is going to end on a near future, this is the new world and it does not work anymore as it was before

It's funny from a guy who missed out on all the beginning tech boom with apple, ibm, ect... A man who has no clue when it comes to tech having an opinion on something he doesn't know. It's like John McAfee thinking his opinion matters in the crypto space when in reality it does not. All I gather is someone is salty because he has no idea what's happening now. This old man should keep doing what he is doing by giving the majority of wealth away to charities and keep his opinion to himself. Props for his humanitrian but he needs to stop talking about crypto like his opinion matters.

His opinion shouldn't affect you much because he's irrelevant and obsolete. As for the McAfee, come on man he's going to eat his genitalia if the BTC doesn't hit 1mill by December 2020 so give him some credit.  Grin

Warren Buffet has his own set of preferences in terms of investment options. It so happened that cryptocurrency or Bitcoin is not to his liking. But that does not mean at all that Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is not anymore worth investing. It is personal desition.

I guess he is one of the people in the denial phase. It is better for him to understand and accept that bitcoin together with its alcoins are here to change the world than to be left behind when cryptocurrencies change the world.
