Interesting article. As I understand, on the CryptoFlix Platform there will be two forms of content: free educational content and paid content in the form of Movies and TV series. I also think that the commitment to local content is very important for a platform like the one they intend to develop.

Maybe they can make some partnership with famous education content providers from youtube. would be a great first step.

Cryptoflix confirm its own blockchain or is living inside the overated blockchain Ethereum ?

It will rely on blockchain ethereum for now but idk with the future. Maybe they will build their own blockchain which is more convenience for the platform.

I believe that building your own blockchain is very expensive and not profitable. I believe that it is not necessary to invent a Bicycle and to use ready decisions!

You are absolutely right and I think that the Etherium blockchain will be improved in the next months so there will be no problem for them using it.

The Ethereum improvement next month hype has been going for months. It's time for a replacement. There are better blockchain with smart contracts out there.

@jonnytracker, can you name those platforms? What are the biggerst threats to Ethereum right now and why? NEO?

I think Ethereum is a very strong coin like bitcoin, as you can see bitcoin, there are so many coins that are better than it but it still on the top.
It already has a very big community.
I think it would be better for cryptoflix to be on ethereum blockchain for now, and consider about using own blockchain after it has a big community too.

I wish cryptoflix made its ico 6 months ago.

I would have fund some movies if crowdfunding for movies available right now. It is better than current bearish market.

These times will be over soon and we will make more investments without hesitating, i have no doubt in this. Also i m willing to see a movie which is funded by me.

Now it remains to be hoped that crypto market will stabilize in the near future, perhaps now very cheap etherium - and if after 2 weeks it will be again 1200, we will regret that we did not buy it for fiat.

You are right, now that the Ethereum is around 380-400 Usd, but after few weeks we will hopefully recover from these prices and maybe go beyond 1000 usd again.

Who knows when we will recover to see a bull market again? But many ICOs are still raising good funds, so that is positive. I expect Cryptoflix will reach its hardcap even in the current bear market, it is getting lots of publicity.

The ability to pick the best quality based on our connection is the best idea. So we can decide what is better for us based on the needs. We can save some money for something that we feel unnecessary.

New world problem is that there is too much exclusive content from too many streaming providers. A user can not buy a subscription for all of the services, which eventually leads to the piracy.

Of course, that is a matter of every plattform. Exclusives on Amazon will be exclusive there, same for Netflix, Hulu and whatever is out there.
But that is no problem in case of Cryptoflix in my opinion, as it is more as an additional service you can get your stuff when you need it, and you just pay then.

The team is trying to make it cheap enough so it will be more efficient if people pay it rather than pirate it.
