At the moment NO, but after several years, bitcoin will still reigns. But in the future we dont know because there are other coins who has very good technology behind it.The dominant coin in the future something that  has a good feature  in terms of speed, capability, security and so on. There are many candidate as of  now but still its  yet mature and  not having a big community.

For me, yes it is possible but not for now. another coin may take the crown from Bitcoin, maybe but then if you think about it, Bitcoin has been very dominant when it comes to price value and market capitalization ever since it began, so it will take a lot from what so ever coin will try to take the crown from Bitcoin. I am seeing some that has great potential like Eth and Ripple but then only time can tell. For now Bitcoin is still the King.

With Lighting Network coming I don't think so, Bitcoin is here to stay.

Good for those cryptos in the top 10 or 30 for having a good figure of their market cap but i don't think one of them can ever take away bitcoin's crown. Imagine bitcoin's market cap is bigger than the combined market cap of top cryptos from Ether to the 50th cryptocurrency.
No other cryptocurrency can ever replace bitcoin as long the demand of people continues.

I don't think that there's another coin that will take the crown of bitcoin.Aside from the fact that it is the first crypto currency and most popular ,there's no  other crypto that can level up the value of bitcoin.

Every cryptocurrency will go under Bitcoin no one can replace bitcoin in the crown, Bitcoin is turning back it's almost 11k $ again right now is there any coin like the price of this?

I don't see any othe cryptocurrency at the horizont who could take number one from bitcoin, despite some good ones.
There were many attempts and probably every new coin looks for opportunity to grow and make the bitcoins' success but I don't see how this could be possible. And it takes more than high price to be at number one and bitcoin has crossed a long journey to establish the position that can't be overtaken so easy.

There are still thousands of thousands of coins that still are not discovered so for sure a year or a decade from now other coin will take the crown of bitcoin but for now, lets enjoy that the bitcoin is famous, expensive and you are the lucky one who knew the facts about bitcoin.

Based on this subject I want to give an example that if bitcoin is gold let's say, alt coins would be other commodities like petrol, platinum, silver etc. There is no physical valuation behind these digital currencies, no income or etc assets in the accountings. All currencies has some obstacles but in the whole ecosystem bitcoin will be the loner existing crypto currency, the value can be soar but existing. No other alt coin will be able take its crown.

My opinion is that bitcoin will give up its positions only if there is a critical vulnerability leading to the possibility of a counterfeit. That at the moment sounds fantastic

BTC is the king of cryptocurrencies and currently stays at top of Coin marketcap in terms of market capitalization.ETH & BCH these are good for short term they are pumped up when demand is high but these can not compete with BTC.In future if any Coin is launched who is very strong in nature and comparable with BTC in characteristics then BTC can be competed but it will take time,no one exactly mention the exact time.

I don't think any other alt coin can take take the crown of bitcoin. Although there is some other alt coin's price is increasing such ETC, BCH etc. still i don't think they can beat bitcoin. Bitcoin is the first digital cryptocurrency and most valuable cryptocurrency in the world. As long as bitcoin in the market it's price will increase more than any other cryptocurrencies and no one can take the crown.

In my opinion, when the all bitcoins mined (21 000 000) it will be more valuable but a many times later it will lost it's value and some other great project's coin or token will take the crown, but this time can be a 75 or 100 years

It is possible that someday a more perfect coin will replace bitcoin in its leadership. Over time, people will already look not at the name, but on the functionality of the crypto currency. And now it is with this that bitcoin has big problems.  I think ETH will be the number 1 this year. Almost all icos use ER 20.

For the crown to shift I doubt but if it will happen then it will take time,for now bitcoin continue to reign and rule in the world of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is who the cap fits.

I don't know if there is another crypto that can take the crown from bitcoin. But i think there are so many good coins that are out in the market. Maybe there will be one coin that can take the crown in the future.

I also think that it is almost impossible right now to change the King and give the crown of Crypto to some other coin. Probably one day Ethereum will become the leader.

anything can happen in the crypto world but to take the crown of bitcoin in the near future seems almost impossible, why because when the bitcoin price drops then altcoin also goes down but for the future it might be possible because a lot of coins popping up with a good price in the market
