Today most of the Altcoin goes Down. So what's the benefit for me Hold or Quit out from the Crypto market?

Hodl. That is the life of crypto. if you quit and sell now then you're at a loss. Sometimes the alts goes down sometimes up. There's no assurance in crypto, we all know its very voolatile. Only weak hands quit and sell when they're losing. Believe in the coin that you're holding an sit and wait. You may not win now but you will only if you have the patience to wait.

In my opinion just hold it because sooner or later the RED DAYS will be over. Its just a correction and Fud so that weak hands can sell their coins,and thats the opportunity of whales to buy more on deep. Whats the purpose of selling it today when you are lost then you might lose more if you sell . Just be patient because you are not the only one who is on deep. I suggest that you shouldnt look your crypto for now , relax and return after 1 month. And im sure everything will be back to normal.

I would say HODL and quit looking at crypto prices. Best and easier thing to do is to put your coins a side and forget about them. Come back like a month or 6 months and look at price. Hardest part is looking at the price going down you will find yourself checking regulary which is not healthy trust me. At this moment I am okay if my coins go down or up in price, because I do believe we are going to use crypto for long term which is why I don't care much about prie movments.

If you still get benefit from your capital. Just sell it and wait for more dip if you want to trade again.
But, if you feel enough, just quit.
And also, if you lose, just hodl it for several months bro

If you know you are not experience in the space, always take your loss early and live to die another day, because there will always another opportunity to invest, it all depends on the token you are holding, there are soem that can take more than 1 year before they return to the price you pay for them

Well, HOLD because the prices will always go back to where they were before. Once a new market cap is reached, that new record will be surpassed in a few months.

Quitting is not the option. Never gonna quit, if you quit now, you wont gain anything. So all I can advice now is be strong, hold it for now and wait until the market back to normal. I know this is hard to all of us because of dropping but we need a lot of resolve for this.

i suggest to you to still holding your altcoins. this could happen many times and the price is going low but after a little bit time the price will rise up again.. and this is the right time to buy altcoin to invest because theres a lot of posibilities to increased the price after the chinese new year.. (i think). dont sold your coin. just still holding it and you can get huge profit but its defend on what altcoin you have..
