Today most of the Altcoin goes Down. So what's the benefit for me Hold or Quit out from the Crypto market?

why get out of the crypto market? Be patient this will not be long downhill like this is normal in the market. Hold and hold if you have a lot of money this is the right time to buy altcoin.

I don't think at this point there's any benefit from quit! As things are still down overall i'd assume quitting would right now would mean taking a loss! The only logical thing left here is HODL!

Exactly why you should keep holding. These threads don't make that much sense, if you sell then sell and get out of here.

I like this idea because this is the simple mode that we can do to leave forever from bitcoin world and never get involved again. but if you think that you still want to get involve in bitcoin then maybe you can sell it right now and wait until the price is down to deep so you can buy a big amount of bitcoin and then you can hold it for a long time without thinking that the price is up or down because you don't care about the price. but I think it is not better to quit if you don't get any benefits from bitcoin because you should stick with your goals to make money from bitcoin and you are not yet making money at all if you quit right now.

I do not think it's related to your investment. I think you should buy a book or learn a talented investor to have more experience for yourself.
Cigarettes will make you more alert in your work. So when you quit smoking, you will easily lose focus. invest more time in reading. You will learn a lot of important things about the business without going to where to experience.

Why would you want to quit? If ever this crosses your mind, find time to reflect and ask yourself why you started trading in the first place. The only way you can hodl is if ever you had some coins in an exchange site, make sure not to access them in times like these (when market is so red and so low), because it can make you feel frustrated and may want to withdraw all your coins and just get them with a lot of losses.

How would you feel if you sold at a loss and quit cryptocurrencies to find out that in a few weeks to months that if you held, you would of made a huge profit?  The pain would be much harder to deal with.  Yes, it's painful to see your portfolio shrink but that's part of the game.  Cryptos will rise again.   

it is painful, I guess because we cannot get any profit at all and even our money is reduced too. but somehow, we are not good enough to see the price is down and I think we only have two option for this which is still holding and try to buy again or cut loss and it means we are getting lose our money too. but I agree with your saying that crypto will rise again and we need to be patient to wait this time is coming again.

If you are the trader in crypto world be prepared on what will happen its because working in the crypto world is  like a business man  in real world, you need to take the risk to earn money, sometime you get loss but don`t quit, be strong. Maybe all altcoin and bitcoin price go down but be positive, because someday its just a part of crypto world history and its price will be double what is the price in the present.

What you need to do is walk outside, close the spreadsheets, close Coinmarketcap, and take a break from looking at the charts all day. You hopefully made an investment, not a short term speculative trade (those rarely work without insider info). If that's the case, act like it. Give this a few months to blow over.
