This blockchain is quite stable. I've seen many coins recently that keep on forking even after dev patches. This one has Pow/Pos/Mn going on so it seems it is hard to attack. The team is also very professional on discord, I believe this one can survive past the incertitude phase. Good Luck

I wouldn't be surprised if someone created a ERC20 contract with this same name and ended up raising a decent amount of money. But that is not about this business, for sure

Hey thanks for your feedback - this is not related to the article and our APPICS ICO already ended in april 2018 but thanks for your concern. ERC20 tokens would not be scalable enough to sustain a social network, which is why we chose to work with the steem blockchain and their SMT protocol.
