Personally, I do not believe in panic selling because I think it is better for you to hold your coin for long term and make profit than panic selling because the market is falling. I also agree that you should keep your coins in the long run, as selling now is not a good idea. But I think that long-term retention this time implies a really long time.

That's how investors should think all the time using the fundamentals of investment that when you investment, you should consider buying it low and selling it high. That's all how it is done and doing that for a couple of times can give you a good return of investment too.

it is difficult to always get the profit from trading because the market is changing and we don't know where the prices will go. but fortunately, we have many options from the altcoin and bitcoin to make a profit. as long as we can see the differences in the price, we can make the profit and we can sell the coin. besides that, if we can get the lower price, I am sure that in the end, we can sell the coin at the higher price because the price will increase in someday.

I never join at panic buying because for me it's verry risky we can't predict what they are thinking when you buy more, then they run it's really big lost of money. For me if you panic to buy or sell it can create more risky moves, I know panic is normal but try to prevent it think more before you buy or sell it.

In this kind of technology that decentralized ,it's not necessary to be panic in selling or buying because it can affect your decision making .While it tooks a long time we must able to keen knowledge and good strategies in order to avoid those risks.

its always a must to think wiser when you are inside this business, panic buying nor selling is a normal reactions coming out from people who are not doing any research before entering the business, negative news or positive one always got influence and make people to react such actions needs to be balance in order to prevent losing your money, always play safe and make deeper assessment before making any decision either to buy or to sell an assets.

Altcoin is incredibly unstable and I often lost money because of them. Now I thought that it is better to abandon them and invest in bitcoin and Ethereum

in my opinion panic buy is not a problem, the problem is panic selling. when prices go down they immediately sell at very low prices because they fear the price will go down. whereas, if there is so much panic selling that sells when prices are low, prices will down again, and big investors will continue to buy and make lots of profits, so panic selling only gets a loss. Panic selling maybe lack knowledge to be patient and not affected by market conditions.

In this season of the crypto market we can now see who as the tough traders and not. Particularly we see panic sellers nowadays that selling their crypto in much smaller amount of value as they see that the market value of the specific coin or token was drop and doesn't have a chance to increase as they know. I agree with you. Well we cant blame them for panicking since its a very natural reaction to some event that went exactly like how we didn't want it to go.  But lets be more rational and calm in that way we could analyse it more
