I doubt they have only five members and even if it was the case they massively scale within a short time with sufficient funding.

Well, real estate has always been viewed as a very safe option to build wealth on. There's not much volatility involved, housing market has always recovered from bubbles, and will often appreciate in value on its own

Yo! mate, if indeed you invested during the presale period, I  think for presale investors, with the discount, you are getting an amazing deal for Equi at $0.21 per token.

I would say if we had no lockup and tokens get released immediately after crowdsale ICO, prices will probably be easily above $0.21 because of the majority of tokens are sold in public token sale. So if no lockup, many investors will sell straight away for easy profits.

Oh okay now I see the picture, people will want to buy Equi but then it'll all be locked up. When it finally gets listed then everyone buys and drives the price up. Maybe not significantly higher but it won't be at presale price, hopefully it maintains slightly above crowd sale price.

Very true, because imagine a tradable token with no MVP, of it will not be good on the market, but once the MVP comes up and hype generates around it, it will surely moon.

Bounty program was suspended over a week ago, and a new structure for the bounty us expected but yet the slated date for release is postponed again. When is it going to be today? When exactly?

The new bounty thread is expected to be released today being the 23rd as the earlier date of 21st was cancelled. So hopefully details would be announced because they say it seems old thread would still be used but remodified with new information which isn't a bad idea for participants to keep in touch.

This is to help the price gain momentum to appreciate when listed, also say if we had no lockup and tokens get released immediately after crowdsale, many investors will cash out immediately to make profit.

We anticipate that Equi which is venturing into real estate would fix these problems of houses and probably create more avenues and opportunities for people to own properties as well as rent good apartments.
