Yes that is right and you do not have any other option except to hold your bitcoin. Bitcoin price has already decreased so much that now it will never in your favour to sell your bitcoin, you should hold your bitcoin for some time and hopefully the price of bitcoin will recover very soon and will hopefully trading above 20000$ very soon. So i think that those people who have bought bitcoin in such a high price they should wait a little more and hope that they will very soon see the price trading above 19000$ very soon.

Yeah, for the price had declined to a such a low price leaving no other choice rather than holding it as selling now will only cause you to bear a heavy loss. In fact, till the price is downtrend, invest in it right now as it will provide you an additional benefit when the hikes up. And hopefully, the price will incline up quite soon...

Oh well I was searching for someone like you from a lot of time. You my friend are doomed too much. You now have just two ways out of all this havoc. One is to HODL you funds until eternity and wait for the time when the price of btc will again reach 19k so you could recover yyour money. While second way out is to trade your way out. Learning TA basics and trade in each and every curve of bitcoin so you could atleast double your money in sometime. Trust me doubling money isnt that difficult in trading cryptos. But you need to learn TA basics.

if you buy bitcoin when the price is $ 19k and now the price drops very bad to more than 50% then you should be able to do just wait and never to think sell in cheap price then if you do that is just the loss you get.

This is a very sad story but is entirely your fault you decided to invest in a very risky asset borrowing money and doing it when it was at its highest price ever, if that doesn't sound like a bad idea I do not know what it is, the only option that you seem to have at this point is to keep your coins since it is the only way you have to recover your money and to pay your debts.

Buy now to balance it when the price arise, buy with your extra money if ever to avoid loss on your holding. That's the sad part of this dump, many sees BTC only as a short term investment that we don't want to wait, better buy at this loss until your waiting to reach again at 19k.

Well the choice is to hold since price is very in down moment. Yes wait for the price to recover and could arise more than $20k. Mostly speculation price may starts to recover this june or july just like last year it is just speculation but patient is the key for us to earned profit.

buying again at this dip will not make him win his past looses but there is a chance that he can loose again and this loose will only stack up if ever btc will decrease again or wont increase for a long period of time. however theres also a possibility that he can win even earn more if btc prices do increase succesively. i would only suggest is to avoid buying at the moment if you still have a problem on your first investment because that can only cause a lot of depression.  much better if we can only foccus on our main holdings so that we can have a peace of mind.

The best you can do now to your btc is to hold it. Like all people say here always careful when you buying bitcoin always buy when it's dip don't buy when it's high price because it's more chances to lose a profit when bitcoin go down the price.

Those who do not hold for long time, they often miss the highest prices touched by bitcoin. Impatient people are never successful in this market. They need to stay calm for letting their coin follow the paths of bitcoin during pumps.

Just relax and avoid selling bexause it will just make its market value lower also, you will lose money from your investment. Just patiently wait. It depends on the exchange he was on, it was more of a spike event as I remember.   Thats often the case in normal markets, hence the phrase dont be greedy leave some for the next guy.     Market depth is thin at the highest altitudes so yea I agree this is someone calling out the worst price and speculating what to do next.    Of course you can hold and hedge with a short for short periods you think a price will be negative.

Ultimately that is purpose of the futures markets, to add utility and security.  Like a form of insurance cover perhaps for large holdings so they dont have to be constantly liquated or even held in a hot wallet which can be a liability.

My argument that still stands is the bitcoin could be employed as capital in a gambling business, probably the most applicable usage and would return a yield not purely then just a bet on price.   Bitcoin is designed to be used, I never exactly agreed with hold and forget tbh

I disagree, that is not being unlucky that is investing without having an idea of what you're doing, if you read the OP you will see that not only he thought at 19000 dollars he also bought those bitcoins on credit, I'm not trying to be very harsh but those are the actions of someone that doesn't really know what he's getting into.
