Hi Goldenix, as we build our user base and establish our ad networks, we plan on lowering the minimum withdrawal levels. Fast changing markets and fee structures could change that—in either direction—but my point is that we've built Cointiply to be sustainable. What you see is our starting point. While we expect you to judge us for what you see, not what we promise, I wanted to give you some insight on what we're thinking.

Sustainability is why we pay in Coins (withdrawable as BTC and Doge), it's why we've put together the mix of services we offer, and it's why we're working on adding even more features. We've spent years watching the faucet industry, and we want to earn our way into the ranks of the established and high paying faucets users consider dependable.

And, for what it's worth, we have members already near the withdrawal minimum for FaucetHub via the offerwalls. MinuteStaff and Adscend have been the most popular so far. With this simple errors and little details of none payment  i'm a bit skeptical of your operation. Im only in my 3k coins only as of writing.

Hi DarkHalf, and thanks for the note. I'm sorry to hear you had a problem getting credited from an offerwall—I've had that happen, too (specifically app installs that didn't get credited) from a few offerwalls hosted on multiple sites. It's effectively out of the hands of site operators, but there's some much needed context.

Cointiply is not yet three weeks old, and we've already had more than 100,000 offers completed by our members. Of those, about 0.001% of the time, an offer may not credit. This is true of every offerwall provider, but we go much further then most of them, looking at each problem on a case by case basis. We've given bonus coins out of our own pockets for the frustration, and will continue to do so when we think it appropriate.

We have a full article in our knowledge base which explains why problems can happen, and why the reasons for these problems are out of our control. In that we don't get credit for an offer when our members don't get credited, we would much prefer if they all just worked 100% of the time.

Thanks again for the note. We have so many different kinds of offers. If you don't like the app installs, we hope you'll look around at the others and find ones you do like.

Hi orego, I'm not sure what you mean. We have no pending withdrawals, and have made many payments to our members. Did you request a withdrawal that didn't come through? As I said, we don't have any pending withdrawals. And just in case you missed it, all withdrawals are manual, with minimums as described above.

You can check FaucetHub's top faucets, where we're already #13 in faucets who have paid out the most. And that ranking doesn't include our direct-to-wallet and Doge payments.
