Thanks, D4m1en. I'm glad they were willing to work it out. I wish, though, there was a way for you to claim when you're at work.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Just to inform you that my big bet via Persona.ly has been successful. I got a good amount of coins that I have re-invested in whole in your site. Now that I entered the top 50 of mining power be kind and do not disappear.

Good to know. Minute Staff, instead, has more than one problem. All the offers I have completed (mail, join a service and so on) have been revised by the staff, cancelled from pending status, but none of them credited. By the way, I have never received any warning so I suppose they have been correctly done.
Almost 3000 coins lost somewhere and no clue why.

If you can help with those guys to clarify would be much appreciated

Same here, it was two offers under the Action section. I have completed them properly, pasted the confirmation emails [headers included as instructed], they are now no more in pending status and I haven't got paid.

Hello Cointiply, today i upgraded my Carrier Depot to level 183, but for some reason, i paid for it twice. This is extra weird cause i got negative balance. It was not leveled up twice, i just paid double. I filed a ticket, but I wanted to put it here too.
Can you reimburse those 384 coins?

Senzacervello, we don't have any inside track with any of the offerwalls. Your only recourse is through them. They have a contact form, but I've heard mixed reports on that avenue.

Flechashe, those kinds of issues are always best handled through a ticket. From here I couldn't have done anything. Smiley

I am perfectly aware of this, but as this problem seems to be shared among many users, maybe - as a publisher - you could have more "weight" in asking for an explanation. I contacted their support anyway, but as for now I did not receive any reply. In case I will, I will let you know

We're continuing to work on it, bitnux, and might not have a real fix until we roll some major changes.

That was a poor choice of words on my part. The issue here is that a tiny percentage—less than 0.1%—of offers have problems. Due to the way the offerwall system(s) are implemented, the relationship that effects those individual offers is the one between the user and the offerwall. We see only what the offerwall tells us, giving us (and other offerwall hosts) no role in crediting for the claim process other than giving our members what the offerwall tells us they earned.

Mind you, that less-than-0.1% figure doesn't make it any better for those who experience problems. As I've noted before, I've personally experienced my fair share of claims that didn't go through over the years. It's definitely frustrating.

Everything is very clear to me and I didn't want to call you in the middle. But you know, when you have hard times in gaining something because you have limited opportunities, those amounts have a weight that for somebody else don't. It is definitely my problem and I hope I can manage to solve via their support. I have left my report only for two reasons. First to let you know that something went wrong (and it could be useful for you if the number of negative feed-backs becomes too high), second because if you had any chance or any contact with the provider, maybe I could have used them to get an answer.

Anyway, the site is great and with some "creative" approach I can get something decent out of it.  Wink

Edit: Minute Staff is anyway the offer provider I like the most and one of the few giving opportunities here. So, keep it going

Well.. it might affect 0.1% of the offers but when it comes to MinuteStaff Action it looks like it affects 100% of the users. To some extent we can deal ourselves with surveys that every one and then do not get credited but I too think you guys should make your voices heard when it comes to issues that affect everyone. When we subscribe for offers and we don't get paid we're basically working for free, while in return those site owners do get paid by adsense and whoever else pays them. I'm curious to know if anyone ever got paid by a MinuteStaff Mail offer. I subscribed to that idiotic russian dating site and all I ever got in return is a bunch of daily spam in my inbox.

You're right D4m1en, or maybe I should have put it this way. 0.1% of offers go awry, but those are 100% frustrating for the members who experience them. And we do understand that, truly.

Has anyone had any success with the Vegas offer under Kiwi Wall, worth 637500 Coins? A colleague of mine got scammed, he deposited 10€ as requested and didn't get paid. He also opened several tickets with no avail.

I wouldn't recommend depositing money to complete an offer. Think about it, why would they require you to deposit money, if they are giving you that money in return in coins? The answer is simple. They won't give you the coins and the intent is to scam you.
