How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

Please, share your thoughts. I'm a bit confused about what's happening right now.
Whether we need regulations or not we are going to get them so the real question is how the market is going to react to this and how are we going to adapt to these new circumstances and all of those questions currently are unknown to us since we still need to see how harsh the regulations will become in the future.

I think regulations are inevitable. Once crypto gets too big I think there will be an ultimatum where crypto will either get regulated or banned.

Everything in society need to have some rules, otherwise the result it's just chaos.
We like to be free, but when we are victims of scam then we cry for authority.
So, even it can be disturbing, it's better to accept some rules that will make the market more stable and more clear.

I think it’s about time for some regulations to filter out those ICOs that doesn’t really have a good shot and yet prefer to pursue despite the fact that they might cause inconvenience for bounty participants. We should all feel secure and there’s no need for further study whenever we decide to participate.

Some members said that we need a regulation in crypto. So, who makes a regulation? Is it need like an independent board or lets governments do?? If any regulation, it possible someone will banned or kick out from community. If he feels unfair about decision, what must he does??

To make the field more versatile and efficient, it is dire need of time to remove such fake and useless ICOs that are creating nothing except a bad word to the bitcoins. Like you have said, bounty participants must be given such cleared ICOs so that the results become satisfactory at the end. Better sources will be producing better results and thus these rough ICOs have to be cleaned.

Sometimes in a typing job like this we need regulations. Regulations to be follow because it is for the sake of all us. To avoid scamming too. And for the satisfaction and safety of us.

While we don't want regulation we want to also be careful we don't get too much regulation because that could put a halt on innovation, and we certainly don't want that. Other than that they can regulate any way they choose (because they will) but I just hope they don't do tons of KYC AML stuff because that is a hack disaster waiting to happen. Unfortunately, it already looks like they are going this route, we may be helpless in that regard..

I think it would be better if we let the government have control over crypto so we are protected in a certain way. Rule will happen whether we like it or not. But still it's better than getting lost from the millions where you do not know where your money goes.

Most governments don't like the idea of decentralized cryptocurrencies because they can't control the flow of money. They are used to put control on their currency to stabilize the financial system of their economy. Since bitcoin is decentralized currency, they can't be able to monitor the flow of the virtual currency. Many will resort to regulating the crypto exchanges to prevent some lawless elements in using the cryptocurrency for their illegal use. Implementing regulations will not turn into manipulations because it's not the bitcoin they want to regulate but the exchanges.

I don't think that we need regulation because the core concept of Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies is to provide a decentralized platform for its users to use it as a payment system. Thus the basic expectation is that there should be no ruling/controlling authority.

On the other hand, I believe that we should take collective efforts in order to build awareness among people. That is the only concrete way to stop or reduce the number of scammers scamming on a huge scale. Regulation is not the answer, there must be something from the community of users.
Of course wee need that because Government agencies are responsible for implementing and regulating policies. Such regulations are in place to ensure that the markets run effectively. They also aim to protect consumers through safety regulations. So wee need regulations

This is an irreversible process that cannot be avoided. But for me, it would be better if the state were to regulate other areas, such as pensions or health care.
Well Trump believes that government regulations “force jobs out of our communities” and punish Americans for doing business in the United States. “We will no longer regulate our companies and our jobs out of existence,” he has said. I think sometimes wee need regulations

Regulation are more suitable with new or incoming ICO, in doing these, more crypto communities will benefits and those who newbie on these digital world are not going to mislead and cannot be fall to be a victim of fake ICO.

These cyrpto and technologies behind it are great, but some are making it look bad and take advantage on the situation.

Trump is a talented investor and he certainly knows what he should do to improve the economy of the USA. I believe that leading developers will easily access and invest in new and exciting things like bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market.

Obviously, we really need to have these organizations to somehow minimize the corruption or to mitigate these selfish people in the net. If we have this regulations, wrong doings will still be happened for there is no order which stops these things.

You're right some people just don't want to be fair. Cryptocurrencies are beneficial to a lot of people and we should be using it wisely rather than taking advantage of it. If its going to be regulated it will be a good thing but there will be also a catch, I just hope that it will be for the better for everyone not just to someone.

My answer is yes because regulation can keep all users in order and rules to follows. It is necessary to have regulation so that if someone violated it they should be punish and be warned or banned in the cryptoworld

We need regulation in order for everyone to be disciplined and not to be abusive. If no regulations, we all have that freedom without thinking the sake of others. With rules and regulations, we can be succesful.because we can be good follower. In bitcoin, we need regulations in order to be more knowledgeable.

It seems that until now we have no rules in trading cripto money we have the right and freedom to invest with cripto money.

There though there are no rules set but we must have a separate rule in starting cripto money trading on the cripto money market.

And ICO also does not regulate the legit cripto coin. If incorporating in agency code and manipulating the industry, it only complicates the circumstances in cripto money development such actions will undermine cripto money trading.

Forever we can freely trade cripto money anytime we want without involving the government of our country, let us keep the good name of cripto money to develop cripto money market.
