Do we need regulations?

Yes, I do believe that we need regulations. There are so many scams out there and regulators job is to stop them and close them down. But for those legitimate ICO, then our regulations should always be in place to protect both parties and not to harm them.

Yes we will still have the free market with regulations .it would even now be superior to getting defrauded out of millions where you don't know where you're cash went. It better on the off chance that we let the administration have some control on crypto with the goal that we are ensured somehow.

We need to even it is decentralized and for being anonymous , we still need to apply regulation for the abusers and cheaters that think they can do all they want even it will be bad for others like hacking and taking scam activities.

Yes we really need a regulations, that in order to minimize those bad things that are not quite accurate here to read that regulation is the best idea to have in ICO's to make them successful and to show to all participants that they also have they're own regulation to maintain the increase of the investors.

Yeah it is really important to have a regulation in different aspects especially in bct forum activities so that we are discipline our action and more patient to make a postive trust in every post we made.

In every aspect, regulations is a must and same thing with crypto world or else the rest will be improper. Also to avoid abusement in every account. As one who have account/accounts here in bitcointalk forum we should be responsible enough to follow all the regulations and policies here if you want to stay long in this forum and to avoid being tag. Because if there is no regulations then everything is a mess.

I do agree that we need regulations. It maintain the platform in order. Without regulation, it will be chaos and some of the bounty hunter will just do everything like doing multiple facebook and multiple accounts so that they can earn much more.The flow of cryptocurrency will not be good. So there should be rules and regulations.

The cryptoworld do not need regulation. The regulation with the fiat currency is enough because even with regulation we still have massive money laundry especially in developing and underdeveloped countries.

It will still depend on the government of the countries to put a regulation in crypto currency. I think the needed regulation here are the news sites that give fake news to people. This could really affect the market which I think people or investors that dont have a knowledge about crypto put on a panic state when they heard bad news but in the end its a fake news. They must be the one to have regulation.

We really also need regulations even in bitcoin and the crypto world. Even in other things they had their own set of regulations because it is really vital and it served as a standard that should be followed by the people who were using it. If some business or the likes would not set a governing rules then it would end up in a failure because of the messes it made and the absence of sanction which allows the violators to do it again.

I'm ok with regulations especially on upcoming ICOs. With the list of requirements and documents the gov't will require, I believe it will hinder the rise of scam coins. So only the dedicated ICO team will push through.

yes, It would be good if the regulation are with ICO's as there are alot ICO's which are fraud and this regulaton will be in favor of Investor's interest.
However, we can't be free with the regulations, concept of decentralization will be in danger.

Yes we really need it in order for us to have a standard to everything and to aligned everything. If things will continue without any regulation it was easy to destroy, and misunderstanding may lead compare with regulation you know what you must and musnt do. Regulation will make bitcoin more strong if this will be follow by everybody.

Regulation will be overall good for the crypto/bitcoin space.  With more regulations more people that normally would not will invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin cannot grow with out getting along with countries and local governments.
