How do you guys think? Do we need regulations in the crypto world? Should only ICO be regulated or legit coins (not "security tokens") too? Can we implement regulations mechanisms in code so that corrupted governmental institutions couldn't manipulate the industry? Can we still have free market with governments' regulations across the world?

We do not need regulations because the security of every legitimate wallets on the market today is really good in terms of securing the cryptocurrency you have invested and the reason why people is switching to cryptocurrency is that, they do not want government to steal their money from taxes, but still we are paying taxes through transaction fee's so it was still a good amount of bargain and cryptocurrency should not be banned because it is not illegal.

Yes, we must need regulation, for us to know our limitations by using bitcoin. Regulation is very important because this regulation help us to know what we must not touch or what should we do only by using bitcoin. And also we can maintain the good flow of it.

Of course we need regulations to maintain balance in everything. Regulations should be wll thought to avoid manipulations, and people who implements these regulations should be someone with superior knowledge. The government can be involved with these but only if they compromise with btc users only then they can be involved with these type of market.

I think regulations will be good for the bitcoin market as it is now because there is so many things that could be done in the market by a few people to sway the entire market. A market without regulations is very prone to insider trading.

We had also some issues about the ICOs that had been pocketing money from the investors with there scammed projects which I think it needs regulation to filter out those unclear concepts or projects to launch a ICO. So, regulation will protect the entire crypto community not for the benefits of the government or those people who can manipulation the market.

Yes, everything needs rules and regulation mosy t especially this bitcoin since there are lots of users and incoming users of btc today. Rules and regulations serves as our guideline in this crypto world. Without this maybe it will not last for years. And also, rules and regulation dor the security of the users, investors and others.

Yes. Regulations play a big role in a certain community. It can also help a community being organized and people would understand each other for we have things that needs to be done and followed. With regulations people prove that they can follow rules, so long as that regulations are humanitarian and with respect on each others opinions.

if I think it's a bitcoin there must be rules, because the rule is important to tell that the bitcoin play is no regulation and not free just like that.

I think that we need regulations. Because if we want bitcoin to be accepted, regulations is required in order to control the number of bitcoin users so that the government can prevent crime

If if really brings good impact to the market then why not? Like giving confidence to the investors to put their cash on the market again so that we can see bitcoin prices picks up in the future then I'm all good with regulations.

Remember G20 meeting has bring positive note on the market like 3 weeks ago and they do talk about regulations. And they will come out with a regulatory framework in July so let's see if it going to be good for us.

Everything needs regualtions. This regulations are needed in order for them to grow. Yes bitcoins should have regulations also to be followed. These will help users be more organized. These regulations will be a big help for the future transactions and users will just follow on how these regulations will improve their accounts. Sure we dont need any regulations, but i'm feel like it was truly necessary. Some people using it to avoid taxes or even crimes, and goverments to see that.

I think yes, we need government regulations so those scam cryptocurrency companies are being avoided. That is the reason why we have so many frauds ICO before until now, it is because the government doesn't have any control/regulations about it. If once there are regulations, we can have an assurance that those ICOs or crypto companies passed the government requirements.
