It actually happens on the big exchanges. There are have volatility triggers in place:

 https://usequities.nyx.com/markets/nyse-equities/circuit-breakers

Herp, man, I'm sorry, but I don't buy that explanation at all.  It's obvious something fishy happened, actual PEOPLE saw or reported it, and then they halted trading.  I don't think they have a volatility trigger on LMB.  Remember, they had a hell of a time just getting email confirmation on registrations to work.

They did say suspicious trading activity which could imply manipulation.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

To Further Clarify,

The request to Halt trading was made by the Compliance and Risk Management Officer at Neo and Bee Ltd.  The issue has to do with their Exchange platform and not with Havelock's platform. All of our other Funds are working as usual. We hope that the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. All questions should be directed to LMB holding - Neo and Bee.

Thank you,

Havelock Investments

...The suspicious trading is all the dumping do the FUD being spread around on the internet. People think that anything goes on the internet, but if Neobee was a legit stock under the jurisdiction of the SEC, all the FUD spreaders on the internet would be locked up VERY QUICKLY for the crap they have been pulling recently. It's scum like this that are ruining bitcoin because they have a grudge. Or they just want to make easy money.
...

This is the thanks I get for telling you *precisely this would happen*?  I know they nailed Christ to the cross for suggesting that people might want to start acting human, but THIS is ridiculous.

"5btc buy order and got dumped check history...

also I m a proud onwer of the whole memorandum of association of neo and bee. I m in an office with 3 lawyers. I can freeze there assets any time just show evidence"

I have a hard time believing you're a lawyer at all.

BTCAPPLES needs some investigating.

BTCAPPLES saw signs of a sinking ship and decided to jump overboard, investigate him, please.

Do you ever have those moments of realization where you do not appreciate what you have, and then realize that you're being really greedy? And keep saying to yourself, I'm going to cash out as soon as the price hits this, or this price again. Well, I had that moment, I realized that I would rather be in a sound investment scenario like real estate rather than in a company who has a CEO who hasn't been on any of his social media outlets, hasn't made a single public announcement, hasn't given any updates when promised. I am speaking in the third person about myself btw.

No.  You were adamant that you wanted *below* .002.  You also said 5BTC.  The order you claimed to be yours was over 5BTC, and ~.0022.  Obviously not you.
But hey, isn't anger and denial stages of grief?
...Believe ? lol I only believe in GOD.

This isn't how third person works. Not surprising that you wouldn't know any better.

Quote
the compliance officer of Neo and Bee Ltd has stated that due to an increase of abnormal activity on the LMB share platform, there may be a high possibility of questionable trading activity.
It's interesting that Neo mentioned suspicious activity on LMB platform. A recent highly suspicious selling thread comes to mind, with what I think were "faked" transfers between accounts owned by the same individual, in order to create a panic.

link to what I think was a fake sale, meant to manipulate share price lower: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=526430.0

This seller was supposedly selling shares way below market value on LMB platform.

p.s: notice name of the seller "btcapples". A notorious spammer troll connected to Mpex.

That's why I said he (BTCAPPLES) needs to be looked into.

Also, he tried to sell these(whoevers') shares under false pretense. I believe it was financial hardship?

Of course he would not try to sell them by saying "I believe the price will crash very soon"
There's nothing reprehensible in a little white business lie.
