Will the toolbar in the future be integrated in the wallet? This seems the most natural thing to me, so as not to have to have too many open programs on the desktop.
the next thing is web wallet where you will have toolbox implemented as well. This will be easier cz it will bypass the issue of having separate OS wallets and will also be easier for the mobile users.

Actually only today I had chance to try out twist toolbox and it looks really cool. it makes things really easier which is very important for the adoptation of any coin. I'd assume that together with webwallet and toolbox it will atract a lot of people.

TWIST now has events on CoinMarketCal!

Hi guys, we've added events on CoinMarketCal to signify the release of the Web Wallet and integrated Toolbox by the end of this quarter, and the release of a block explorer at the end of this month which will allow users to view TWIST specific data on the blockchain (i.e. TWIST ID registrations etc).

If you can, feel free to head over to CoinMarketCal and mark the announcements as 'Real' for TWIST. This will attract both attention to the project and mark us as 'hot' event.
Code:
https://coinmarketcal.com/?form[coin][]=TWIST%20(TWIST)

Great! As i see, one can easily vote multiple times, if he has dynamic IP or VPN, so we can push these events to the top with ease.Smiley

Accessibility and usability are probably the most important characteristics for blockchain to be improved in order to get more people involved. Good work here in that regard.

Speaking about backups, of course the wallet must be backuped, as with any coins, but is there anything to backup also regarding the toolbox? Is all information processed by the toolbox exclusively on the blockchain or is anything stored on the PC that we should backup?

All information in the Toolbox is read from the blockchain so there is nothing to back-up as long as your wallet is safe.

I have not tried the twist toolbox yet, but it looks really cool. I think I should also try it out so that I will understand more about this project as well. I do like the concept and vision of TWIST.

Yes, I have also been quite late in exploring the toolbar but this is in fact what will give to Twist its special value, especially when it will be developed further and integrated with the wallet.

Yes, I like the tooltox and the Twist ID feature, Twist is the first ever to make this idea a reality and make crypto for everyone.

Lately I'm noticing a huge quantity of orphans, in fact most of the time I'm finding a block it turns out as an orphan. Any ideas on how to reduce this frustrating phenomenon?

Not only do you have such a problem, but I noticed that if there are many orphans in one day, the next day there will be almost no them and it will do well.

Really? I will keep an eye on that. But which would be the rational of such a difference? I wonder why this does not happen with other coins (at least to me), but just with TWIST. And I also wonder if there is not a way to improve this process. I know it's not only me to have this problem, it has been discussed in this forum already from the early days. Especially considering that's a common problem it would be great to have a solution.

Yes. I'm finding an orphan blocks too. Sometimes more, sometimes less... I do not know if this is a problem or not.  Huh

I have tried to send a few times coins to Stock Exchange but even though they disappear from the wallet they don't show up in Blockexplorer and of course they don't arrive in Stock Exchange. Nor the transaction is appearing in blockexplorer. The first time I have sent 1000 TWIST, so not a joke. Which could be the cause?

it seems its your wallet problem, try this
- go to debug window
- enter this command:
Code:
repairwallet
- wait for that to finish, and try again

if this doesn't worked, try backup your wallet once, and re-sync your wallet, that will surely solve any problem on your side.

Thank you very much for your valuable help, I would merit you for that - but as a Newbie you'll realize I have some technical problem in doing that.
What finally solved my problem has been to re-sync my wallet from zero. Who knows what was wrong, but this has fixed it.

glad to see your problem is solved, we it techs always do this, even when our cars gets problem, we get out and get in car again to have problem solved  Grin

finding orphan blocks is not a problem, it can be your net problem that your wallet reports the block late o network or your wallet has problem, if you have no net problem, try checking your wallet, repair or resync it and problem should go away

Well true but until I see Suppoman or Altcoinbuzz talking about TWIST, it's still our hidden gem guys. We should now help spread the word!

I have installed twist toolbox today and agreed with you. it is really cool feature to be able to send and receive money with easy nick names. Eventually those kind of simple tricks will make money transfer easier which is good for the twist project.
