Why are you selling your altcoins so soon?

I am already holding some nice amounts of altcoins but i wish i was sold them all at top.
I was waiting for x10 profit and i was so greedy. I feel like a fool. Next time i will not be greedy for sure.

this question has many relative answers that depend on each individual who becomes a token or coin holder, maybe in my opinion the first is because the economy is urging us to immediately sell tokens or coins that we have, second is toying prices by using a domino effect, case examples a lot happens to big investors or what we call popes, they sell their tokens or coins with a very large amount and that will trigger a domino effect which forces us to immediately sell tokens or coins that we have

People sell their altcoins at a loss because psychologically they are not ready to wait for the market to grow again. I think that these people have little experience in investing in cryptocurrency and therefore they are not ready to wait long.

I try to participate on good projects with bounty and just hold their tokens.
That way, I minimize my exposure. I can also hodl for a long time since only some effort and time is spent.

After getting coin from bounty campaign or ico investment, I will hold and wait until the ico listing the coin at formal market. I will never sell my coin at bad reputation market like etherdelta because is not the opportunity market of ico coin.

a very wise choice for you, sell some coins when we can make a profit and buy them again in the future. don't push yourself too much if we can make a profit when the market is low why don't we just sell it.

Unfortunately or maybe fortunately nobody know when the highest price. And this actual not for crypto market only. Some people have the clear strategy, for example to get 10% profit, sell and reinvest.

People wants to get money before price will go down and that's why they selling it so soon. They don't believe in their coins.

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

i think taht soem people are  just too afraid to lose their savings in the time of crysis so they sell it at the cheap price and lose completely

that is a very send tendency becaus epeopel really regret afterwards and it is a shame for them and a mistake to learn from

Usally I sell my coins when I see that price is highter than I bought them, but this is about short trading coins

Well, I didn't sell my bitcoins or altcoins for the money. In the past year, I brought some bitcoin when the price is low. Ever since and I keep exchange differenct type of altcoin with bitcoin in order to get a slightly growth on my portfolio. It was quite smooth at first, however when the price on bitcoin suddenly dropped in the early 2018, I stopped the trading as the price has dropped nearly 2/3. Until now, I still hold all the altcoin and waiting for recovery.
