Here an annoucement from Discord about a live Test for the BTC Pizza Day with Criptoreal as payment method in a Pizzeria  Cheesy

Quote
Hey @everyone ,  yesterday happened our first ever event where an offline retailer accepted CRS as a payment method
A local pizza shop sold pizzas at a special rate for people paying with CRS, by using their CriPag customers were able to instantly pay for their orders without intermediaries or handling cash.

This event was a great test drive for our Crypto Summer project,  for which we'll be releasing details shortly.

In total, they sold 51 CRS pizzas and you can check some images on this video made by a community member:

Yes it's promising. but the more promising is the text on discord explaining a possible partnership with 50'000 offline independant retailer. That's amaizing!!!

And today we should receive the first automated payment via the SMAP tool.

a small news between the lines...

Criptoreal will probably collaborate with MANO https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4328146.0

As understood, MANO will use the SMAP function developed by Criptoreal

Criptoreal’s Fourth Monthly Update

>>> SMAP - Shared Masternode Automated Platform

SMAP has been a smashing success since its launch, we now automatically manage over 40 CRS shared masternodes and, while still in alpha, the platform already generated a new partnership with the MANO coin team, they will improve SMAP and make it multi coin ready.

Our team will continue collaborating with MANO regarding their blockchain so they can focus on providing the best tools for any masternode coin.

You are more than welcome to test it on https://smap.criptoreal.org/

>>> NiceHash and CRS Rewards

As you may know, Nicehash recently listed Lyra2z and some of our members in Discord asked if we would change algorithm (remember we initially launched CRS on Lyra2v2 and changed because of that), although it’s too soon to say we are already searching for similar algorithms in case we decided to change it.

As a precaution to what could happen we will anticipate CRS’s halving to July and the halving schedule will continue to be every six months as it was originally planed after that.

Halving means that the block reward will be cut in half, so instead of 120 CRS per block, it will reward 60 and continue to be 50% for Miners and 50% for masternodes

Since this is a hard fork you will need to update your wallets once they are released, specially if you are a masternode or a mining pool.

We will keep you updated regarding this matter on discord and we’ll contact all mining pool partners and let them know well in advance.

>>> CryptoBridge

Finally, we’ll be ready to list CRS on CryptoBridge by the end of this month, so stay tuned on our Discord!.

I'm not sure I fully understand this halving.
The first halving was planned in ~3 years.

So we would do this halving in July. OK. but why continue the next halving at a rate of 6 months afterwards?
Is there not a risk that the currency in circulation will never (or in a very long time) exceed 10% of the total suply initially planned?

Why not reduce the mining reward only? 30 for PoW and 60 for PoS?

And I have another question.

What is the advantage for Criptoreal to collaborate with MANO?
they pay you something for the SMAP?

thx
