That's quite a lot and it would take a lot of work to make these posts, ensuring they are constructive!

yes this happen to every one I have doing just 7 to 10 daily but still many lazy days and cannot reach even 300 in a month

Just make posts that are relevant to the thread or discussion. If you agree with a post, don't just say +1 or I agree, but give you reasons for why you agree. You don't need to write essays each time, but just make sure your posts are constructive and you're not just spamming crap for the sake of payment.
