But,here is a question,If you become a Sr member 2 days before the end of next term,In another words,If you become an SR on 15th and the payment day is on 17th,right ? So,will you be paid as a Full member with a lower rate ,or ,paid as a Sr Member?

the ethical way of paying should be that you should be payed for your post before 15th as a full member and after when you becum sr. member you should be paid at the rate of sr. member for the posts you made as a sr. member.

Totally agree with DubFX, Stunna hasn't lot of time, so i can view a solution for this problem only in two ways:
1) Your rate will be picked up in your starter post (Initial n. of posts, address)
1) Your rate will be picked up at the end of the month (Pm sent on 17 of each month)

Well, that's still about 2 months away, given that you only get 14 activity every 2 weeks. Then again, for someone who registered over a year ago, that's probably nothing.
