There are more than 1500 coins avilable in the market. You cannot do research about each and every coin. If you want to buy some coins just refer coinmarketcap website. You will get every detailed information about all coins. Just visit the website and choose your coins for investment.

I just saw this somewhere on the internet. Are there any fake coins existing? How do you avoid buying fake coins?
What do you mean by fake coins? Are you referring to shit coins? There are lots of them out there and most times, i see traders trade on them, because they are mostly pump and dump coins.
As a traders, i may not totally avoid them, because i know they can give me my profit.

Not actually a fake coin is being implement but the ICO itself. There are also many ICO that are scam you can see it in the whitepaper or in the website itself you can recognize it easily if that is really feasible to happen or not. But for me thats not the explanation because sometimes yiu need to take risks.

You have to pay attention when you are using decentralized exchanges like etherdelta And idex because There Can be fake coins that have same name of original one. You have to look at contracts and it’s better to check also online before buying in that case

Yes... There are some fake coins out there. As a bounty hunter or an investor, you need to study a project very well before supporting or investing in it.
A careful study of a project can help you to avoid the fake coins.

Currently counterfeit money exists in the market. There are even places to print counterfeit money and sell counterfeit money to the market. That happens because the laws of our country are not tight, loose management to bad guys practice. We must know how to distinguish between counterfeit money and real money, avoid being cheated.

No false coin exists in Cryptocurrency. There are no worthless coinshit, and there are always Altcoin losses for those who buy it. Be careful and stay away from these altcoins as it easily grows up quickly and then falls uncontrollably causing your money to evaporate.

I think that btc and ether are only coins that are worth investing in. To my mind, it is better to keep coins which are popular to know that they will bring you profit and expected success

I think fake coins are those coins that has value and later on it will pop like a bubble. I would say they are scam rather than fake because money is involved. These coins are mostly HYIP schemes making you invest more for more profjts.

Fake coin very so many at all even the real team could also make fake coins project. To avoid this, we requires a lot of analysis and also info from many forums. In 2018 was a year bad enough for crypto. Project scam more and more difficult to differentiate. May we always be careful.

how to avoid buying fake coins is that you buy coins in a well-known or convincing exchange (at least already on the coinmarketcap list), or if you buy coins in decentralized trading (such as EtherDelta or ForkDelta), you can enter or see the smart contract of the coin to ensure that the coin is genuine and not fake.

for example, buying coins in decentralized trading :
smart contract from EOS : 0x86fa049857e0209aa7d9e616f7eb3b3b78ecfdb0
you can check it in etherscan.io

then input the smart contract like this
https://etherdelta.com/#0x86fa049857e0209aa7d9e616f7eb3b3b78ecfdb0-ETH

If you do good research you do not buy fake money. The only solution is to think of all possible possibilities before trading crypto money. Prefer crypto-money exchanges that you trust. So you won't lose money.
