For a long term, i will choose BTC and ETH. Why? Bitcoin is the father of all coin in this cryptoworld and ETH smart contract feature already being used by a lot of coin and ICO. Beside that ETH has a good and active developer,  and already being accepted in a lot of exchanger. That two coins usually affected the other price. If they down 5% the others can bleeding more and they are more stable exactly.

For a long term investment, i suggest to you is Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple because all those coins is a longterm investment. Holding for a long time and then sell it at the right time and you will gain profit. No more explanation because we all know that Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple is a long term investment.

The best choice to invest is Bitcoin because it is the most stable coin in the market although it suffer a huge decline, it is still better compared to other altcoin in the market. Second best is still Ethereum because it is the pioneer in Smart Contract platform.

Bitcoin and ethereum. Those cryptocurrencies are for long term investment. Today, the price of bitcoin does not reach the peak but probably when there will be a good news or large investors that will come, it will rise up! I expect that bitcoin will reach 30k usd when 2020 comes on.
