Actually, with BTC/USD @ ~$680, BFL little singles are about 2.2 BTC + shipping + replacing their fire-hazard power supply.

Hashbuster is the best bet right now I think.

Hi

I am interested in reusing chips from 2 old broken BitFurry boards (Cryptx version) and would like to know how feasible would this idea be. Can I order the full board minus the ASIC chips and have them soldered on the new board?

How much would the board cost (excluding the chips) ?

Cheers

I don't, have you send an email to hashbuster? And why OC them, with heatsink and fan I get 24+ Ghash/s out of them.  Grin

Seems my order of hashbuster units have gone missing in the post. Six/seven days and no track and trace update since it apparently shipped abroad. Local PO said it should have arrived after no more than about four...

Probably should put something here.... Maybe an LTC address?

I've noticed many of hashbuster users seem to have cooling issues, i used an old hp opteron heatsink some thermal material and a lot of thermal grease. It's only been up 11hrs but seems very stable temp wise; http://imgur.com/sgf0DkL

Cool  Grin

If you use thermalgrease, do you put the grease all over the PCB? is it no problem some grease gets in the small holes under the chip? please let us know, thanks

wttbs; I greased all the "gold" sections and the pcb between those sections liberally, the grease is non conductive. I don't know about the the technical details of the "holes" or if covering them is a bad thing, i guess not..

Wonderful... Ukraine EMS is now saying my package isn't their problem because it has gone abroad. My local postal service is saying it also isn't their problem as it hasn't arrived in the country yet.

Whatever you do, do NOT get your order shipped via Ukraine EMS. Mine has simply disappeared, leaving me with no hashing while the diff continues to rise rapidly.

Probably should put something here.... Maybe an LTC address?

Test worked out great, temperature is now about 33 degrees celcius.

Gday All,
thought id chime in and let everyone know that WTTBS customer service is up there with the best International sellers ive ever bought from. Down here in Australia, buying from overseas sometimes makes me a bit nervous, but WTTBS made sure that i was at ease getting into the transaction.
He posted the Hashbuster the same day I paid and emailed the proof of post documents along with the DHL tracking number.
DHL is taking a few days to update the tracking details, the delay apparently caused by German customs.
In the meantime while waiting to find out what DHL had done with the package, WTTBS offered to run a miner in my account name for me to compensate for the delay even though it was not his fault. This, I honestly didn't expect, but very much appreciate. He has definitely gone above and beyond what would normally be required of the normal seller.
The DHL tracking is yet to be updated, but once it does, i'll be sure to post on here to let everyone know of the progress.
Cheers.
