Black arrow is still operating in the same facility In China. The doors are still open. I'm just not sure what there selling.

5K is not a small amount of money for most people.  I can't say it buried me, but there are very definitely uses for it in my life.

By the time these pieces of crap got around to shipping they cost more to run than they earned, if they ran at all so they were a total loss.

little doubt they were mining on them.  first there was a data center, then there wasn't.  Just one of many inconsistencies in these people's stories over the past couple of years.

bottom line, people threw 5K in the wind due to a combination of dishonesty and incompetence.  These guys deserve jail.  They only reason they are not is that the people in Hong Kong simply haven't done shit about it to this point.

HK is now part of China, theoretically the HK police should be able to take action now. The police in the UK defiantly seemed unwilling or unable to do anything.

I'm $5k USD out of pocket and 25+ BTC in revenue and they didn't even send me a worthless miner. I've got to take what ever avenues I can to see them held accountable or better yet a refund.

I was a nub at the time of the order and had just successfully pre-ordered computer hardware (a 3D LED projector) from a HK company. I didn't understand that there was a massive conspiracy (BFL, KnC, AMT, HF, BA and many more) to rip off anybody who tried to acquire mining hardware.

Black Arrow has a proven record of successfully manufacturing and delivering Bitcoin mining hardware on schedule at competitive prices.

Yep,I had dealings with them thru Drillbit's groupbuy,which went horribly wrong.......most of the boards suffered from a meltdown of some power parts & had to  be sent to a guy to be repaired.

Worked out that the guy lived about 2 hrs from me,so I went in person to pick my boards up.

But yeah,these guys were fuckups WAY back in the beginning of their existence.............
