Really? Next Bitcoin is Litecoin

Litecoin is a good coin with technical improvements over bitcoin, but with Lightning Network on its way I am not sure the role that Litecoin will play to differentiate itself. I also don't agree with some of the recent actions of Charlie Lee, the founder.

As you said its only a rumors. Meaning there is no basis. And i think litecoin will never be like bitcoin in the future. But we cannot tell what will happen in litecoin in the future.

No one can predict anything without doing deep analysis. Don't believe any rumors unless you see proper fact based analysis. because some peoples are telling something to promote their self in this crypto field.

On cryptomarkets what i see the most after the price of bitcoin is Ethereum and so if there is any digital currency which is gong to replace Bitcoin then i think it should be ETC not LTC.

you cant believe just from rumour or low quality thread information, you need a real data and some analysis about it to prove that statement. but if you want to discuss about who the next alternative coin that can be replace the bitcoin position is really good. i dont think Litecoin can be the next bitcoin, because the price they have today is far enough compared to bitcoin and ethereum, and i can said ETH is more valuable to take that position, look when bitcoin price pump in the market, ETH will do the same, but when bitcoin price bearish really bad, eth still can survive the market.

No not a chance, Ethereum is more likely the next bitcoin than litecoin. Most of the ico right now are using erc-20 tokens meaning more people are using Ethereum compared to your litecoin. Bitcoin is not going anywhere too, for the longest time bitcoin will stay on top of the game wether you like it or not but if somebody is gonna take its place then Ethereum is the next candidate.

Both of them are equally decentralized cryptocurrency and aren’t regulated by any central bank or official institution. The price fluctuations between the two are also unaffected by the economic and political turmoil in a country. The different is, in the same period (2015), bitcoin market capitalization is higher than litecoins. Bitcoin capitalization reached 4 billion dollars while litecoin only reached 75 million dollars. Beside that, the circulation of litecoin is higher than bitcoin. Litecoin circulation is 82 million and bitcoin circulation is only 21 million.

I don't think so. But in the another rumors i hear bitcoin can reach $64000 in the future. I hope bitcoin can survive in the future. Next bitcoin is Litecoin it can be possible or not.

I think it is quiet not possible. Because bitcoin demand is very high. And also ETH is called also 2nd bitcoin. Now days most of the ico offering ETH and people also accept it.

LTC has many advantages over BTC at this time, it can replace Bitcoin or not is another matter! Overall! Digital money fluctuations are huge, high risk, need to consider carefully before deciding to invest or exchange goods!
