This is a serious step on the part of the government. Voting in elections has a high degree of responsibility. The Government's trust in the project raises the project rating higher and faster.  It can change the world.

They still have cards that will assist them in attaining higher funds.
Might reach the 15M-mark easily once they disclose those advisors.

White paper describes the work of the project, it can be judged what role the MTV token will play. But in general, for the given period of development of the project it can be considered as an investment tool. In the future, its role will be the same as cryptocurrency other networks.
