For long term I will choose Litecoin as it is a better coin for consumers. Ripple Does bank exchanges which gives it value, but we need an everyday use coin which we can use and pay for things and ltc does that

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?

Honestly I would rather go for Ripple. Considering the number of banks it is associated with and especially the kinds of partners it has, (HSBC and other big banks) Ripple is a much safer bet.

This is like leasing or buying.

XRP you will never own, just like a casino chip will always belong to the casino so does xrp always belong to Ripple.
LTC if you in control of the private key it is 100% yours, you own it.

As per this comparison, I certainly had good Belief in Ripple at first because As per its Potential it holds a good amount of shares in the market. As per this race, Litecoin gained much of its attention and joined the race in between and yeah it's holding itself stable in the market. and as per the statistics, Litecoin also does hold a good amount shares in the market. But for long-term, I Do believe in Ripple.

I used to feel that Litecoin was a strong choice, until the creator sold his Litecoins.  He tried to play it off like he was proving something good, but in my eyes it just looked like he jumped ship right before the crash.

Ripple is being backed by banks, I am sure.  You can either sit this one out because you don't believe in it, or you can hop aboard and make a little money even though it goes against your end goal.  The banks will make this one successful.

Personally for me, If I am to choose between this two coin with one to invest in, I will invest in litecoin and hold because it is more valuable and has more potential on hold than ripple.

For now in current market state I would choose ripple over litecoin. It seems for me that it has quite more power to overthrow the existing market systematics, and also to grow and price if you are a trader

both Ripple and Litecoin are very good coins but in my opinion Litecoin is more authentic, stronger and decentralized coin then ripple. Ripple has huge supply other side Litecoin has very less supply, so Litecoin have much better chances to grow in Comparison to ripple
Because the future of litecoin was pegged to the bitcoin and that's the point for that. in fact that was no a lot  of people have known about the fact that ripple is not even comparable with litecoin. Ripple is over valued coin. as long as there will be more BIP to come and it will create FOMO to the litecoin

Litecoin has more value and more useful than XPR. Litecoin is also P2P currency and Ripple is a centralized project owned by the banks. So I believe in and choose LTC over XPR.

According to the latest news and events of course Litecoin. The developing company of the Ripple technology denies Ripple tokens.

I wouldn't pick either of them to be honest, there's plenty of better smaller alts. I doubt those 2 will ever get back to their all time high.

Today began a big growth. It's time to buy Ripple, while it still has not grown much in price.

First I would like to choose litecoin for getting the assurance that it is sure enough to have better result when time comes. Then I would choose next ripple for just a chance if it will rise I will have some of it. Better to have litecoin and ripple to make sure whether both will rise you can trade both but if only one rise then you have either ripple nor litecoin. Choosing both is for security reason.

I will choose litecoin over ripple. I know that ripple at the month of January increases while the other altcoins are dropping, but for me, it's just the strategy of ripple to attract other people to invest with it. If you only observe the ripple movements today, the value of it actually dropped. One more thing is that ripple is a decentralize altcoin which made me decide not to invest with it. You cannot trust centralized coin like centralize bank and government

If you have to choose one of the two I personally prefer litecoin,
because I do not like ripples and I think litecoin's future is promising,
so I will not hesitate with my own choice of litecoin

Between the two I would choose Litecoin, because I don't think Ripple is a crypto, it's a mechanism of speculation between the banks. Litecoin holds more promise and has better value.

Both ripple and litecoin have their own values and they all have the same potential for development if I choose to invest. I will choose two of them to invest.
