At the moment, Ripple is moving just below the pivot point, but moving averages indicate further growth, which means that Ripple can easily adapt to the current setting. Litecoin is also full of energy. Now the market has a lot of healthy, strong bulls, which will carry the token to the next relative maximum - $ 134. these coins are both promising, and even very much.

I will choose Litecoin. In the encrypted world, Litecoin is the shadow of bitcoin. As long as bitcoin exists, Litecoin will exist, and price will follow bitcoin. Ripple is often regarded by many as an overcentered project.

Both of them are good Altcoins. Both coins are well known and trusted coins. The two coins are part of the top ten market cap performers. I would have to say that Ripple has at least the short term trading advantages over Litecoin.

I would choose ETH.  But if I choose between Ripple and LTC, then I would choose LTC.  I think this coin has a better future than Ripple.

I choose LTC because I think it's more potencial. LTC is expected to grow to $385.279 in 2018.

In my opinion, you should invest in Litecoin because compared to Litecoin, Ripple’s short-term outlook isn’t great.

I really don't support ripple while it is centralized coin. I don't like people who support it by investing on it. Litecoin is decentralized and give much more credibility as it is not linked to the big investor, so its future not dependent on someone's decision. Better to choose litecoin.

I prefer Ripple. If you’re bullish on the cryptocurrency market, then Ripple should be on your radar, especially based off of a pretty positive Ripple price prediction 2018.

I belive that the best choice from these 2 would be LTC.
Ripple has agood tech but there are few other coins which potentially will be even better than ripple - more tx per sec and decentralised block-chian thus i think in long term riplle doe snot ha ve a future.

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.

between the two, which one would you invest in and why?
_Ripple only focuses on international payments, ie blockchain block supply for banks with cross-border transaction needs, handling very specific cases.
OpenCoin Company - Ripple owners are applying superior technology to achieve processing speed of 70,000 transactions per second.
There are more than 60 organizations in the world that accept Ripple which are Santander, RBC, UBS, UniCredit, ...
Transactional information is stored, the ledger of the ripple helps you save a lot of other information, including stock purchase invoice for you to make quick and free money transfer.
_Ripple helps banks save up to 30% of the cost, for users it will be 50-60% for money transfer or commercial payments as a distributed routing technology.
That's the advantage of ripple and I think you should invest in ripple instead of LTC. Ripple has the backing of many banks and users trust them. This is an outstanding advantage of ripple over LTC.

Well investing in XRP may have been a good idea when it was at way cheaper rates. At these rates with such a huge supply it is really hard to gain massive gains by investing in XRP. Litecoin is very stable at the current market I believe the Lightning network is knocking the doors of the Crypto world Litecoin will have a massive boom with it's effect. So Litecoin have the upper hand from an Investor's eye at the moment.

I keep litecoin to be used as an investment, because before I have invested in litecoin.
Litecoin price movements can we say very good, when compared with Ripple. In recent months the price of Ripple had reached the price of $ 3, but after that there is some news that states Ripple working with banks, and has a centralized system. So I do not want to pick Ripple for that reason, the investors before leaving Ripple and choose investing in another altcoin.

I hold both coins and Ripple is the one I am constantly debating on whether or not to get rid off, which is why I would say Litecoin. The only reason why I keep hodling my Ripple is because I purchased it when it was in the USD 0.20 something range, so it wasn't a huge amount of money invested (I just don't see it as reaching a price as high as LTC might).

Both Ripple and Litecoin have their own unique benefits. In case of long-term investment I would recommend Ripple. But I personally invest not in cryptocurrency but in ICOs lately. Paytomat is quite promissing one. It is designed to bring cryptocurrency usage to real life so you would be able to pay for your coffee or apparel via crypto! It is amazing  Shocked
Is this a joke? ripple doesn't have any benefit compared with litecoin. i suggest you to read this news
https://cointelegraph.com/news/in-apparent-exit-scam-ceo-of-german-startup-is-over-and-out-after-50-mln-ico
You can try to take a look on the comments and how some people are realizing about the fact ripple working for only their own benefits.

I think that the ripple is a more promising coin. The media often publish news that a bank or a well-known company uses ripple technology in their work. I did not hear anything about litecoin .

Fundamentally, Litecoin is superior in different aspects.
Not only it is much more decentralized, but it also had a much fairer launch.

However, looking at the charts, and by technical analysis, none of them is an investment that I would consider to be safe at the moment.

I prefer litecoin, because litecoin is always better and trusted better that ripple.

The prices of both are too far from each other, but sooner or later they can give you a better profit in the end. Therefore I do not want to choose which one is better, because they both have a big up trend I will choose them both to get many benefits in the future
