Besides ETH I like to invest on coins that go top 20, this is my own analysis and I'm not responsible if there is a problem someday, Litecoin and Ripple is a nice and promising coin so choosing both is a better thing.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

both. Ripple is backed by banks and plan is to replace SWIFT with it. Litecoin may be the next bitcoin as it is the testing ground for all technology for bitcoin (based on whatever I read, forgive me, if I made a mistake in my understanding).
Of course if you meant the recent price drop, then I would trust Ripple may bounce back soon.

I would propose Litecoin in light of the fact that it holds finish blockchain esteem and also its decentralized and not premined . Swell is 80% pre mined and if your supporting this again giving control back to concentrated experts like bank . Somebody begin to control with shut brought together condition.

I trust LTC more. It seems to me that this coin is more predictable than ripple. But I often trade ripple, because this coin has very strong volatility, on which you can earn.

I would rather ride LITECOIN than having the rise of RIPPPLE.
the gain of ripple is full of blast. this is just full of fuds and fake news.
i wonder why ripple are not going up for real.
once up theres dump from the team.

Very difficult choice.
I choose a Litecoin, an old and very good project. And they bought a bank in Germany.
Ripple use banks, too, has great prospects.

Choice would be LTH because it combines all the benefits of bitcoin with a shorter transaction time and it has a low transaction fees.

Ethereum is a bit less centralized than Ripple, so I choose it.
But imho you should look for some anonymous-privacy cryptos, they will be the future.

I don't trust in Ripple. It is the dead project for me.
I believe in decentralization and regulation by "people".
And ripple is completely centralized cryptocurrency.
It isn't even cryptocurrency if to think.
It is usual electronic money for me.
And I will choose LTC if I have to choose between RPL and LTC.

I would choose Litecoin , as It has a huge potential due to the large community . It is offered as an alternative payment method .
to choose between riplle or litecoin I also prefer litecoin which even has a lifetime 84 million coin cap that is even higher than bitcoin and blocks faster while my ripple is less understood because I have never tried to invest in ripple, but judging by its development I am more confident on litecoin  |

If I invest, I will invest in RIPPLE and LITECOIN, but if I choose, I still choose LITECOIN. It has a lot to offer!

Every day we see that the volume of Litecoin is much larger than the ripple. That means investors believe in DEZ, not Ripple's technology. LTC indicators are growing every day, and the cost of LTC will grow accordingly.

You can split up your investments, but in the light of recent news, I would suggest you to invest more in Litecoin. Charlie Lee recently acquired a stake in a bank, it's a really good sign.

hello, mate both are good no doubt about that. Both coins are also top 20 in CMC. If you want to but some alt coins I suggest you Buy both. And if you have extra money think about EOS also.

Both Ripple and Litecoin has been doing greatly in the market of late with litecoin even outperforming other digital currencies at some point.
between the two, which one would you invest in and why?
Ripple for me is always more on hyping people in this business industry, so for me Litecoin is much more better than Ripple, besides LTC is one fo the pioneering coins in bitcoin/altcoin world. In fact, I bought sometime in the LTC even it is just small amount Ltc. |

I prefer Ripple because the price movement is faster than LTC and also the price of ripple is still relatively cheap than LTC, and Ripple was ranked 3rd in coinmarketcap.com

I normally like them both. If I have to choose, I will choose Ripple. because this money is the 3rd alternative currency for me after ethereum and bitcoin. I think ripple investment is very profitable right now.

I would stay away from both the coins. Both the coins have their drawbacks like Ripple is a centralized coin while Litecoin doesn't has much development going on for it. Why would you choose these coins when there are other well established coins like Ethereum and IOTA to invest in.

I will always go for Litecoin as it has the attributes of a coin needed for the decentralized world we are all hoping for.
As for XRP, so many FUD surrounds it and rumour even has it that its coin XRP is not even as important in its eco-system as we are made to believe besides the fact that Ripple is not in alignment with the decentralization objective.
