Didn't BFL show miners at conferences? Shouldn't have they shipped in November already?
I don't know what BFL did or didn't do, but I can guarantee you that ActiveSCAMMING didn't show anything comparable to HashFast's BabyJet today. Yes, BFL and ActiveSCAMMING should have shipped in November. Meanwhile, HashFast is well on their way to meet their guaranteed Dec 31 deadline. ALWAYS BET ON iCE...

We only need 40 of our 24.5TH/s miners to be deployed by the end of January to be on target for taking over 10% of network by end of 2014.
We have the funds in place to build and deploy those mining rigs.
"Only need 40?" Wow! Much LabKen! So profit. At a measly 16GH/sec/chip, those 40 behemoths will have their performance measured in terahash per acre! Here is LabKen in the Buttcave, deploying the final 9,000 boards needed to complete ActiveScamming's first terahash...

I've heard man boobs give them a serious boost in hash rate. Broe has some cut pecs, it's true. Nice (but kind of creepy) of you to notice. How's your ActiveScamming intelli-vestment working out? IceDrill set up a handy web site (icedrill.io) for their direct shareholders. It works like a dream. Took 60 seconds to claim my shares. Why is LabKen futzing around with another sketchy Asian exchange, which is guaranteed to be shut down and create more fiasco? Where is ActiveScamming's chip? Wasn't it supposed to be done long before any other 28nm competitor, because eASIC? Don't you feel stupid being left in the dust so far behind KnC, and now HashFast? ALWAYS BET ON iCE...

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted... Weekly Update 12/11/13
VMC:
We are continuing to bring in all the parts for mass production of our miners.
AMC:
We will be using a minimum of 50% of our manufacturing capacity to build miners for AMC's mining farm.
This is awesome. Great work Ken. To see an update from a more credible company: And another company: Last pic from Keneth & Co:

To be fair, that picture was taken during IPO time.. obviously he's not going to have anything in there other than dreams and aspirations if he has no money yet

The point is "last pic". Not even a 3D rendering was given after that. Even if the miners are finished, the current state of communication is terrible.
If there are actually miners, the smart thing for Ken to do would be to buy up some shares first, and then pump his own stock with mining porn. In the real world, this can result in prison time. In bitcoin world, nobody knows.

I'll take it one step at a time... Hi Everyone!Christmas is right around the corner, and with it -- Christmas presents. In celebration of my hallmark largess, i'm letting bygones be bygones and sending out e-gifts to the less fortunate -- you. And what could an Active Miner like you want more in his threadbare stocking than ... an image of his one beloved -- Ken. Question: Do you prefer the large eyed anime version (A) or the unaltered version (B)? ~Uncle Crumbs

I see there are still no takers on the 0.1 BTC bounty for proof of working hardware. You'd think someone would at least post a pic of the shipping notification, for what that's worth.
If Ken indeed shipped the first products, how long would the shipping times be, I wonder?

He could also have been talking about VMC delivering units to Active Mining.

He could also have been talking about VMC delivering units to Active Mining. This thought also crossed my mind. As always, I wish Ken would be more direct with his wording. I'd like to remain a cheerleader, but there's just too many "what ifs" right now. I thought by Christmas there would be some more solid evidence of progress. I understand the whole "playing your cards close to your chest" strategy, but what would really be the harm in releasing solid proof of goals being met? It would silence the criticism immediately.
