huh? i think you said it wrong. Bitcoin is already popular not because of blockchain but because of its useful features. blockchain and cryptos wont possibly existed or discovered without the help of bitcoin , so overall the credit will still go to bitcoin not on blockchain. Well, in some source says that Satoshi Nakamoto invested the Blockchain for Bitcoin but as of now, a lot of new cryptocurrency are being created each that needs blockchain. I think if Bitcoin where to fall, a new cryptocurrency will take its place because that's how the world works, newer and more advance technology are going to dominate. Bitcoin is created to fight for decentralization and privacy and I think some known cryptocurrency like monero have that sole purpose now.

Blockchain in still very new and emerging technology which is based on decentralized database. At present, industries and companies are considering it for transparency and fluency in the system. In upcoming years we will be able to see the actual scenario when the data will be available for the changes and effects after the implementation.

For me i think blockchain will continually exist even without bitcoin, btc is a currency aspect of this technology, a lot of projects, applications, coins, social media e.t.c have started adopting blockchain technology of course this technology has a feature of solving many societal problems, it's no longer news that many countries are exploring this technology in bid to fully implement it in various sectors of their economy.

Of causes blockchain can survive without Bitcoin. Bitcoin just introduced Block chain to the world but its not entirely dependent on Bitcoin, there are a number of applications of Block chain outside crypto The medical field for example is adopting blockchain to keep its records. the banking sector is also considering using it a proof that BlockchaiN can survive withouT BTC

Every now and than the new blockchains are coming out , some of them are already leaving their footprint on blockchain world , like Ethereum and Neo.So I guess it will survive and survive for better reasons.

otherwise, bitcoins will not survive without blockchain. bitcoin boils down to this technology, though without the bitcoin this technology will still exist. many already use this technology outside of bitcoin, and I believe that blockchain will still exist even without bitcoin. |

Bitcoin is the first successful cryptocurrency which has gained the trust of the people since its inception. Even the unschooled in one way or the other have heard about Bitcoin. For now, Bitcoin going down means the trust for Blockchain and all cryptocurrencies goes down too. Maybe this trend will change some years to come when people fully understand the concept of Blockchain and the other cryptocurrencies.

Bolckchain can survive without bitcoin? or no?about that many people has a lot of decissions.but my personal thought is if blockchain will remove bitcoin transaction from it.then it can be harmful for blockchain.it can a way loosing. like as an example:
bitcoin has a big effect on crypto currencies and its the 6th big currecy of the world.if its closed from the blockchain it can survive
but same time it will loose a big amount of fees.
