Agree. I was hoping to be honest, BCH to take over and become main dominant in crypto. It's faster, cheaper and already shown potential. Bitcoin can't be upgraded and it keeps Bitcoin in same position while rest crypto upgrades and moves forward. Just mu opinion.

While blockchain can not be removed with bitcoin, but in my opinion, in the absence of bitcoin, blockchain can survive, although it may not be as good as bitcoin, because blockchain can not really be released from bitcoin and is a very important part of bitcoin.

Before the advent of Bitcoin, there was nothing like BlockChain. BlockChain was ideally originated from the innovative Bitcoin then, meaninig there can't be Blockchain without Bitcoin. But the story has changed since when the Blockchain had existed. Not only Bitcoin can work on Blockchain, other Altcoins, or even any thing in life that can be calculated based on data could make use of Blockchain.
But to me, anytime people still hears of Blockchain, they thought of Bitcoin. That belief might be changing as new technology life unfolds.
