There are other use cases to blockchain, not just Bitcoin, but surely Bitcoin gives a nice use case to it. So it would survive of course, but don't think it will need to, Bitcoin is a stable coin, and I don't see it failing.

Everyone says blockchain will survive even if Bitcoin does not.If BTC crashed to zero there would be others waiting to fill the spot.

I feel that if bitcoin vanishes for reasons unknown, certain coins will have the capacity to have its spot as the pioneer of the cryptographic money. It can be ethereum, or bitcoin money or whatever other fruitful coin that will show itself later on. Only for exchange to fiat will as of now utilize these different coins. Cryptographic money is continually being enhanced and in this manner you should be set up for different changes in the rating of any of the advanced coins.

Definitely yes. Bitcoin did give the blockchain tech to the world and since then huge use cases have come into being a reality. Even if bitcoin fails to survive, the blockchain will survive as they are independent.

Blockchain, this is a platform. Bitcoin, this is the product on this platform. Therefore Blockchain does not depend on bitcoin.
Yes true, although bitcoin will someday disappear but blockchain will continue to survive as it proves that blockchain system is faster and safer than just focusing on one server, blockchain will last until there is technology that can be better.

Blockchain Technology was driven to fame by its application on Bitcoin Gold due to its encryption that has been considered hacker proof. Bitcoin has been used as a reference to its success, providing a secure network for users.
The question however is, can blockchain succeed without bitcoin?
it can survived i believe. But bitcoin itself is blockchain. Cryptocurrency is using blockchain to record every transactions. the first cryptocurrency using blockchain was bitcoin. because of bitcoin, many other altcoins created using blockchain too. so for me bitcoin is a pioneer for all coins that using blockchain technology.

Blockchain is the technology behind the bitcoin and its name is increasingly widely heard as the bitcoin growth is becoming increasingly recognized by the public. Basically all crypto currency depends on this technology. So, when bitcoin dies, blockchain will survive and grow with other crypto currencies.

for me blockchain Technology rose to fame and became widely known because of Bitcoin. Blockchain will still survive without Bitcoin since its a technology where in other industries can take advantage of such as the Pharma, agriculture and etc.Bticoin is the top of them even if the price is very slow more or less 8,000USD but it is better than the other crypto right.

Yes, Blockchain can survive without bitcoin as there are many other coins in the market with good potential that can ensure the smooth working of blockchain without bitcoin, as bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency present in the market.

I think it will still be developed and popular without Bitcoin. Because it was used in a lot of different altcoins. It's a new technology and a lot of supporters. It will soon be included in the regular payment methods of the people. Without Bitcoin, ETH would still grow well and improve over time.

It can, and it will do so. Bitcoin is just a pioneer and still the flagship coin that leads industry into the bright future. To my mind, that's a good thing. Now too much scam or useless coins around, that could distract common mind, let'em enjoy BTC first

Blockchain has a great deal of potential uses and it isn't restricted for securing Bitcoin, so it will survive even without Bitcoin. It is only that most engineers centers around utilizing it for making new digital money this is the reason a few people believes that blockchain must be utilized as a part of cryptographic money, however that isn't valid. It can be utilized as a part of securing various types of information. One case of its uses is it can be use for better race of new nation authorities, for this situation when we utilize blockchain for voting framework it will be more secured and blockchain innovation can keep information from being altered or from any change since all put away information are lasting so nobody can cheat yet blockchain can't prevent individuals from offering their vote

The blockhain can survive without bitcoin but bitcoin cannot without it. So the answer is a very simple yes. Bitcoin just brought the popularity but the usefulness is still on blockchain. The tech behind it is unquestionable and state of art.

Maybe at the beginning of blockchain will be messed up when bitcoin is gone. But I'm sure blockchain will improve when they are very prepared or choose a path without bitcoin again.

Yes, i'm sure it's possible. Because blockchain is not bound by bitcoin. Moreover, besides bitcoin, other currencies like eth, xrp, ltc also have the potential to replace bitcoin and develop the inherent features.

Yes, absolutely! Since Block chain is distributed ledger technology for digital assets, it is not limited to bitcoins. It supports other alternative coin transactions as well and therefore is not only dependent on bitcoin. Hence, block chain can survive without bitcoins.
