We are planning to introduce (distribute) AirPods at first on European international airports, later on USA, Asia and other regions will follow. For further expansion out of airports through 3rd stage or sooner of the project there is no geographical limit. Only limitation set is that AirPod in franchisee or company's hands has to be profitable. That is why every suggested location will be closely examined before being confirmed.

Hard cap is fixed in USD as it is correlated with financial and business plan of real business (related with production costs among others) behind the project.

Is it me, or this project is heavily linked on the assumption that people will use crypto? I am not totally sure that crypto will be used for day to day payments rather than for stocking value.

AirPod project mostly depends on people using AirPod units to solve an issue they have in airports and other public places. Alternative payment option for AirPod renting is credit or debit card payment (it will be most probably more frequenty used as APOD in the beginning) that is why growing usage of crypto as a payment method is not a condition that has to be met for a project's success. Both fiat and crypto (APOD) payments drive Self-sustainable APOD-Crypto-Economy comparably. Do suggest you to read 43th page of the WP.

Yes, of course about KYC. We kindly ask every participant to fill out our KYC. Our legal advisers from Gresham International are performing the check up. Token buyer is asked to complete KYC before the purchase.

Maybe the biggest problem is to find a place. But in here comes the question of how much investment the firm will invest in. I think it may be the reason for preference because of creating an area of personal use rather than lounge and CIP lounges with sufficient investment. When I think for myself, the idea is very good. It can be very useful if you have a transfer problem or have to spend some time in the airport for some reason. Lounge halls sometimes can be crowded and tiring. Instead, a personal, the possibility of sleeping places can be very nice. If the project will be successful, the biggest enemy of it may be Lounge halls.
