Secondly, in reality, Bittrex has fallen deeply and has not still been the biggest ones in crypto exchange ecosystem.
I would like to see Haven Protocol on txbit.io exchange, which is a Netherlands-based and developed by Solaris project.
There is a community vote which gives free listings for winners each round.

I don't think they are interested in paying any listing fee until they release fiat pairing/offshoring. They're more interested in development first.

right now 470 is about 685H and 580 is 733H

i think 580 should give more
