IOTA a best investment to put $1000?

I've 250 IOTA tokens bought in  November under $1 and for some reason never thought of buying more as there isn't much going on with it. Also there are some doubts on tangle technology as no projects has been built on its platform. At same time many still believe 2018 will be the biggest year for IOTA.

Started to thinking whether to buy more Iota with $1000 or invest the amount to increase positions  in to ITC and ICON. What do you guys suggest?

IOTA is an incredibly ambitious and interesting project. If it’s successful, it would be one of the first cryptocurrencies to not only lower the price of Bitcoin, but maybe to render it useless. Due to a large amount of question marks, in technical feasibility, vulnerabilities, and the lack of an open-source coordinator, and that’s a big IF.

The IoT aspect of IOTA is also quite interesting. Giving machines the ability to trade information, services, and goods for income is an interesting proposition using a transaction-free network.

We also have some reservations about the ternary processor system of IOTA. Why not choose a system based on binary? Could this be due to the fact that their CEO,David Sønstebø, HAS experience developing this type of processors, and therefore some bias may exist? We are not sure.

This is still one of the most interesting cryptocurrencies of today, with an almost limitless potential. We wish IOTA token and their team best of luck as they continue to dominate the increasingly-competitive cryptocurrency market.

The interesting thing about IOTA is there is no middle ground if it succeeds then it is going to become one of the biggest projects we have ever seen and bitcoin will need to work very hard to keep its spot at the top of the market cap, but if it is unable to deliver on its promises then IOTA will fail and will have a value of zero since people will lose faith in the project and will think that such a project is impossible to complete with our current technology.

With the current status of IOTA and with all the following problems which are currently circulating through the project you will get maximum double of your investment until the end of the year. Other may offer you different advice but I would personally search for another altcoin which would give me a bigger profit at the same time.

 I personally also wanted to invest in IOTA before some time but I am glad I didn't!

IOTA is a good coin but i suggest you not invest all your hard earned money in one coin,invest in few different promising coins ripple and ada.

Indeed. One must not put all of his/her investment in a single coin. Distribution of investment is always the smartest thing to do to avoid more loss if so. Moreover ada and xrp are pretty promising coins are you mentioned. Those two have high potential and will surely be used for wide applications in future. Ada is highly decentralized platform and is highly scalable. Whereas xrp provide high scalability and high liquidity with fast transactions and cheap fees.

IOTA no doubt is a great coin and I love the tangle technology on which it is based. IOTA is highly scalable and decentralized platform. Plus it is quite modular and has no transaction fee. These key features of IOTA makes it stand quite unique and great then rest of the altcoins. Although I think that IOTA is great coin, I would recommend you to distribute your investment and never keep everything in one coin. With the rest of the money you got, you can buy other coins with high potential such as NEO,XMR or NEM.

I do not know clearly about the altcoin because I am currently investing my money on another altcoin because now all altcoin is down so I am a bit hesitant to invest a high amount.
but I hope for the future will be back green for all altcoin.

Almost all the cryptos are running low currently as the market is in bearish trend. The market will recover shorty. Don’t hesitate to invest large amount in cryptos, it’s a promising market just as any other share market or gold market. There are always ups and downs. Always buy in dip.

You can invest large amount in crypto, but just remember not to invest the whole amount in just one coin. Always distribute to investment into several coins. Some of the coins I would suggest you to buy are xrp,neo,xmr,ada,trx and iota. These are the most promising altcoins currently.

I think IOTA is the best altcoin choice after the ethereum. If I had $1000 or a little bit more, I would buy IOTA with all of that amount. I think it is a really promising coin.

Should I invest in IOTA?
If you have a decent amount of money then you should invest and hold this coin because in the future IOTA will increase because of the value of this copper.

If you do not feel confident enough to keep it, you can trade in the field because of the tremendous amount of daily deals.

The good news is that next year, Microsoft and Samsung will partner with IOTA to develop their data market on growing IOTA technology.

If everything goes as its planned for IOTA, indeed it will be one of the greatest crypto platform that ever existed. The technology if far beyond what we are seeing today of blockchain. If its successfully applied, we could see massive gains in IOTA with more projects being built on its platform.

Iota has quite many advantages over other cryptos like no transaction fee and no use of blocks for transaction which make transaction speed fast. The tangle technology its based on is quite innovative, if it succeed then BOOM.

There are many others coins that better than IOTA , can be ETH, NEO, EOS is one of the best choice for long term investment. But for coins that development IoT , beside IOTA any other project look more promising like DATA Streamr. So make investment in minimum 2 different coins will better, because we are here only make speculation.

I will tell you another thing: IOTA is not the worst altcoin to invest a thousand in. I believe that its popularity will be growing (and the price as well). Thus, you can pick it plus Cardano and TRON.

IOTA might be looking one of the hottest currencies of this year and profitable as it has gained the fourth highest market cap on Coinmarketcap but it seems to be overvalued according to me and at some time it may crash and you can loose all your money at that time so better to leave that and choose some other alt or bitcoin which will bring sure profits in future.

It looks like IOTA has had some problems lately and is getting a lot of negative sentiment.
