Based on the news, bitcoin might hit $50000 by the end of 2018. Is this possible? If so, what are the reasons?
Sometimes I think that this kind of "news" have been posted to console yourself. What's the point of these threads? |

It is very possible for the bitcoin to reach the price of $50,000 because we all know that the demand is the only problem why the price of bitcoin is not reaching that kind of price but when bitcoin gets hype again and if the people realizes the essence of bitcoin then i think that they will just keep buying it and it will push the price to go up to or even more than $50,000.

Sometimes I think that this kind of "news" have been posted to console yourself. What's the point of these threads? These are not mere consolations rather these are facts and little pushes are required for maintaining the morale of people who are new to the world of crypto currencies and want to have some good welcoming gestures in the world of crypto market. The way bitcoin increased in last few years, this is for sure that in the upcoming years, 50,000 dollars is nothing impossible for bitcoin to achieve with good support. |

$50,000 by current price is 5x.. Is it possible for bitcoin to reach 5x by end of the year, but sustaining 50,000 in Jan 2019 will be difficult.

Yes it is possible if people will focus on investing in bitcoins and the demand will keep on increasing. There are people who are already holding a huge amount of bitcoins today and they are just cashing out if there's an emergency so keep on holding your coin in order to earn a huge amount of profit in the future. |

bitcoin price will rise this year too, specially because there was a huge drop of nearly -70% so far. but when will the rally start and what will the final price be is not something we can predict at this point. we may see $50k by the end of the year as much as we may see any other price from $20k to $100k.
like always, you shouldn't care! if you want to make a long term investment then buy right now and enjoy the long time rise thanks to the ongoing and increasing adoption.
if you want to day-trade then it is still irrelevant question to ask about end-of-the-year-price.
Yes maybe the price reaches $50k by the end of the year. But it is just a prediction. You never know what may happen the very next moment in the crypto market because the market is that volatile. And yes this idea of making a long term investment is what i would also recommend. because that is what a rational investor would like to go for. And day trade is something totally different. there you need to be updated regularly with the market. So that is an entirely different concept. |

Maybe yes, if bitcoin become legalize around the world it has a big chances to hit $50000 or higher than this is because most of the people want to earn money using bitcoin. In the fact that bitcoin is very beneficial to the user because in just a moment you can catch a big fish. Now the price we expect is too far from what we expected but there are many things that will still happen. Investing in bitcoin is persuading because of the volatility of the price. |

I think that bitcoin will have a price of $500000, but no on this year, this year maybe 20-30? We need to wait maybe 2-3years and it will be really possible.

Creating a hype like this does not help Bitcoin industry. Though we hope that Bitcoin will rise up, but spreading hype that is totally impossible is useless. All we have to do is to stop panic selling and stop spreading negative news to stop the selling of those who has large amount of bitcoins. |

I think it will not be that fast, it takes time to reach a nominal 50 thousand, yesterday bitcoin suffered a considerable decrease and some issues that make bitcoin getting worse, but with the latest news on this day I think bitcoin can increase again, time at least a few months to be able to reach 50 thousand, thus requiring the process to be able to achieve it

I think bitcoin can. However, it will be a long process and bitcoin needs to prove that it is useful. There are not many advantages while hold bitcoin except gaining a big amount of profit from it. Bitcoin needs to become more than that in order to be adopted widely. Once it is adopted, it will go to the moon

There are chances compared to last year's growth ratio. We had around 2100 percentage hike in December compared to January 2017. The price in January 2018 was at $9000. Just multiply it 21 times or at least 7 times. 7*9=63. So We can minimum expect $50 to $63k this December. The growth may start from July. Last 24 hours growth is positive. Lets watch. |

It's possible that bitcoin can reach $50,000 but I can't see that this will happen this year. The possible thing is that bitcoin after 2-5 years $50,000 is assured. But if this will happen for this year, there will be a massive adoption that will happen and there will be a new set of whales that will come in that will invest trillions of dollars.

I think that Bitcoin will cost 50,000 dollars, in 2 years. This year it will cost about 25,000 dollars.
Possible it can reach that price in the market because of a biggest dip correction of bitcoin in a market making biggest correction also affect to the price by the end of 2018 as you can see the treads in the market having a low value that makes the investor investing a big a capital because they analyse the bounce back of digital economy into the demand of people around the world. ...That's right! is not impossible to hit that price in this year, Because the price of bitcoin is not stable in a lower bottom line. Someday a lot of people will surprise the rising value of bitcoin and that time is the increasing of the demand. I guess when it happens, a lot of us will be glad and more courageous!. |

maybe its possible or they just give some fake good news for bitcoin trader for holding their bitcoin more and more, because as we can see right now bitcoin price is going down more and more, i dont believe that in end of 2018 bitcoin price can reach $50000. its an impossible dream i think  |

I think that price is possible. Anything can be happen specially on cryptocurrency. A few years ago, we wouldn't expect that bitcoin price will reach $20k and that price happens on a few months ago. Its great to see bitcoin price on $50k At the end of the last year, we have the market value of the bitcoin going up to 20k$ and that was not the end of the market value of the bitcoin. We all know the capabilities of bitcoin and that bitcoin can surely have this much of the market value in the future but for that the demand of the bitcoin in the international market needs to be higher as this is the only thing which can lift the market value of bitcoin. |

Click bait article and social post are saying something like that. Alos I hear some people are posting that BTC will be at $3000. None of these are correct because it's an unpredictable thing. You really can't tell how much it will be at the end of the year, but you can guess slightly, while there is only 1% chance to be a nearly good guess.

I don't believe in such outcome. April on the sight and we are still below 10k. Whales are toying with us on daily basis. This is a year of bears and I personally expect downtrend to continue. Sudden price jumps are possible (maybe 13-14k) but value won't be stable. 50000 no chance. |
