More likely the release of the withdrawal is timed some seconds before someone finds a block thus the confirmation of the transfer is done in just 15 seconds.  There is no doubt that the withdrawal was processed instantly, it is the confirmation of the network that makes the delay.

Actually, I thought Man United already managed to kick the goal at the 8' mark but unexpectedly they didn't proceed to count and there were a lot of attempts to make a goal and after 60 minutes i think it can be now a draw match game but no Man United closely they get a goal at the 91'. Let's see if they will commit another goal and win this upcoming match against Luton Town.
