I fully agree with Icopress, CoinRoyale has been operating since 2013 and I've also never heard even a single time about any fraud related accusation about the casino, in fact to be honest, I've never seen even a single accusation about CoinRoyale throughout past 4-5 years, and when I compare others casinos there are still many accusations against them on this forum.

0.08 BTC is a quite high amount, any other casino would most probably do some dirty tricks to freeze the amount, mostly they use KYC card when someone wins such high amount, but it's CoinRoyale that it sent the won amount without any issues. It has kept that trust for many years.

When a customer approaches the customer representatives with a problem, they expect their problem to get solved quickly and they should receive satisfactory responses from the agent they talk to. Now, if they get what they are looking for, they will be happy, stay in the casino and will also say good things about it whenever they see a discussion about it.

Not necessarily true, having accusations in the past doesn’t automatically mean that a site will never be able to redeem themself again. Let’s use a different example, if a site fails to satisfy their customers and then got lots of compliant during their early days, those complaints won’t keep the site from scaling or growing what matters the most is what the site or the company does with those complaints they got. If they simply just brush it off then it means they are not ready for business but if they look into the complaints and solve all the issues then they will most likely do well in the future without any issues.

I think it's important to differentiate when talking about promotions.  bonuses always come with their own terms and conditions, period.
