Just hold on tight! I know it is frustrating the way the market has been for the last number of months. However, if you give in now, you accept your losses and your investment will be gone forever. Crypto hasn't been very prosperous in recent months but the potential for the future is enormous. It could just as easily happen to be the best investment you will do in your life, but it takes time and iron hands. Patience is a virtue, and I'm confident it will pay off in the future since you are still one of the pioneers. Crypto will surely find is way to the masses and when it does, you'll be glad to have jumped on this ship at the time you did.

It is important to be patient at this money. Selling in loss now will not be the right thing.

Just wait for 2-3 months and prices will come to normal. If you invested in shit coins, exit as soon as they recover.

That is why one should do proper research before investing. Some coins are still doing good in bad market.

In your case, you do not need to be disappointed, you just need to wait a little until everything grows up again!

As I know many investors have the same situation.  And there are two possible options - to keep their altcoins and wait until the market turns around and they grow up.  And the second option is to sell all the coins at a loss.  But I don't prefer the second option.

Everyone also lose their own investments this year the best thing I can recommend to you is to wait their big increase in the market to make your investments recover the previews amount of your investments. And I think after the end of the year it can really make our investments grow as we predict our earnings this coming months just like other people say's keep hodl.

This is why I suggest people to invest only what they can afford to loose. Then only they can be patient even in loss.

I think here in crypto industry we really need to have more patience and accept the truth in order to released normally the great losses we encountered. So what we really need is to recover and move forward with the use of our experienced as our advantage for possible success.

I am a person like you. I entered the market when the $ 17k bitcoin price. I bought bitcoin and bch, eth, anchor and now I lose a lot. I lost because I am all in and lack of experience.
I think we should use stoploss when trading. to preserve capital

for me if you've got a lot of money to buy a better sell first and buy another altcoin with a potential especially now that the altcoin price is falling down so you can get a cheap coin with a pontential price increase as the price increases bitcoin.

You can't do anything with your lose. It happens to everyone. Putting in an ivestments in crypto is like you are betting in casino, you can win and lose since you don't or can predict what is going to be the outcome of your activities.

You experienced something really hard to test your destiny. I would suggest be more patient to wait the coming back of bullish. Risk is part of our life in this place.  Sad

for many months we lost, but patience will be rewarded, the main thing is that the hand does not flinch and you do not sell everything in a falling market!

I agree. I think that the market will begin to grow, the main thing to wait for this moment when prices rise again. The main thing is not to panic and sell everything at low prices! Now there is an opportunity to buy coins at low prices, use this opportunity, because soon the market will begin to move up.

I know all that, I found myself in the same situation. Therefore, fully understand all of your feelings and despair. As for the current situation, I think it is not necessary to make sudden movements and sell all that is left. It is better to wait until the market starts to grow, and it will begin to grow soon. So be patient and squeeze your will into a fist, everything will be fine, you'll see!!! I believe in it!!!

So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?

Well, I think, the first thing you need to do is to step back a little and look at things with a different and fresher set of eyes. I say that because by doing such action, you can see the generality of the things that transpired and could help you gauge what went wrong. It would give you that space that's enough for you to see the things that you could have changed, things you could have avoided and the strategies you could have employed to have avoided such losses. Also, it can avoid you the fatigue and emotional roller-coaster that is usually brought about by losing that much asset.

If you don't believe in this market anymore, you should leave the market and save your leftover assets. If not, you should start again to learn how to manage the risk first. It's the most important factor that decides your success in this market.

It is quite understandable that you were new and then you got in based on FOMO which many other persons were also a victim including myself but I didn't get to ivest much. It is quite a lesson that shouldn't be repeated but should be a reason to know how well cryptocurrency works.
