I have sold my XYO token to participate in new ICO, but i m thinking to buyback my XYO token, because this is good project for long term.

- If you're referring to the equity, until the Reg A+ company is trading on a stock exchange, there's no open market for trading your shares once you've invested. That does not mean that you can't sell it to someone else; the shares are fully transferable like any asset you own, and may be sold for any price you wish. However, if you wanted to sell the shares before a key liquidity event, you would have to find the buyer yourself and then transfer agent from XY Team, would facilitate the sale for you.

A centralized exchange is really needed. I don't mean XYO must be listed on Binance or Bittrex. They are not needed for now. But it should be listed in a small exchange at least.
I don't think they intend to spend money for listing on exchanges. They might try to list the token on a small exchange freely.
