Spent the morning helping Bargraphics get his first Chilis going.
The firmware is not currently compatible with BFL devices, though I'm sure ChipGeek will at least fix the simple differences in an update.
In the meantime, I've pushed a workaround to BFGMiner git.

Code:
 BFL 3: 71.0°C │ 34.35/33.91/31.49Gh/s │ A: 326 R: 2+0(.08%) HW:324/6.1%

People in the thread have indicated they have gotten their shipments... I am guessing these are the folks that bought many units though. It probably easier to do the boxes of 20 before the onesie-twosies.

I'm guessing those boxes of 20 are from the assembly house, not the ones going out to customers. But what do I know.

In that case its even easier to send out to the large buyers... pre made shipping containers!

When dealing with small operation like this, lower your expectation and expect some delay. It's prob couple of guys doing testing, packing and shipping as fast as they can.

lol. thank you for this, I actually did laugh out loud, made my day really. I'm pretty sure it's exactly a "couple of guys" working on this project, and I'm not lowering my expectation at all. The way this project has been run is miles ahead of the "big guys"  Cool

Agreed. I am quite impressed with the quality of the design, and the professionalism thus far. I will have to wait till I get mine to comment on the build quality and reliability, performance, and all that, but all signs are looking good.

Thank you for this.  All I will say right now is we are shipping as fast as we can.  We expect to get most (but probably not all) shipped by tomorrow (Oct. 18).  We have had some issues - primarily with the US Post Office.  In contrast, FedEx has been awesome it deal with.

All the customer boards are now done, so we're just getting through shipping them out.

The USPS has been a nightmare to work with and has caused a couple days of delay for some of the earlier packages, but that should be resolved and most of the boards should go out today.
