I don't have any regret except that I didn't sell my BTC during the NYE. I wanted to do it but was scared that the pricr will go even higher in these months. I still think it will go up, but now it would have been a great moment to sell and re-buy BTC. I also hate that there were many big scams and/or hacks that drove the price down and made many people quit BTC forever.
Same as you! My biggest bitcoin regrets is when i wanted to sell some bitcoins in the start of the new year, when bitcoin price is 1100$. But i retread my decision because i fear that bitcoin price will go up again, so The bitcoin price down and i didn't got any profit. |

My biggest Bitcoin regret is very recent : this is simply to not have sold when it touched 1100$. I would not have became rich, but I would have made a few hundreds of dollars and that it still something welcome !
No one knows if the price will rise or not, but if the estimates of many experts prove true, in a few months this may not be a big problem. You can see that the price of Bitcoin is recovering, so it may not be long before we see Bitcoin at previous levels. |

I wish I knew about Bitcoin 2 or 3 years ago. I had some money on my savings account and could buy some bitcoins but i missed it. Somehow none of my friends and family heard about it by then and i stayed in the dark.
I'm not going to waste this opportunity now.

Same as you! My biggest bitcoin regrets is when i wanted to sell some bitcoins in the start of the new year, when bitcoin price is 1100$. I regret that I didn't buy a one bitcoin when the price fell deep down after Bitfinex hacking even I had an opportunity. I scared the same like you did. And about new year's 1100$ I don't regret at all. The price was 990$ in it's biggest position today. So 1000$ is going to happen again very soon. |

You can see that the price of Bitcoin is recovering, soit might not be long before we see Bitcoin at previous levels. Price of bitcoin is really unpredictable job. The price of bitcoin is now becoming better and better as days are passing. So, don't think your past regret about it, there are still many days that would come, so if you don't want to regret again invest/trade now while there still have time or regret for the rest of your life. |

I deeply regret why I didn't buy bitcoin at $600+- whereas at the time I have enough/lots of money, to this day I still regret, and maybe now I would think bitcoin is a good investment which could profit unexpected

the biggest bitcoin regrets is why i dont know, mining and buy bitcoin when the price is very cheap and can sell it now when the price at the moon, if i can buy it at some bucks and sell it now at price around $900 i am sure i will be a richman lol, but i am still happy i can know about bitcoin and can take part to be a bitcoiner

Way back 2016, which is just last year, I joined the bitcoin world, I joined here in the forum, where I used to see how bitcoing grow fast, I just watched it and celebrate that the bitcoin is rising that good with not thinking that I can buy even just 1 btc at that time because the value of it is not that high compared to now, and for sure it will increase more and I do not have now enough money to buy even just 1 btc I cannot afford to buy now and that is my greatest regret now. But I am trying to get more money to buy some of it.

Who would expect that the nightmare will happen, that was the time where bitcoin fall. Good thing I was not able to put my money there as that time I am not so active with bitcoin yet. Maybe let's forget that sad history of bitcoin and let us focus on the future, the value is increasing today and it looks like we are back again in the past where the $1,200 was easy, I hope this time will succeed. |

My biggest regret in bitcoin is I sold all my savings few weeks back just because i didn't get paid my salary and so i spent all my saved bitcoins for my daily needs! If i didn't sold my bits that day, i don't have to fear about my next months mobile bill  |

same here. I got to know about bitcoin back in 2014, that time bitcoin price was around 200$ to 300$ I don't remember exactly but way more cheaper than now. and the worst thing is that time I still didn't believed on bitcoin. I just ignored it. and when I realized it's potential than I realized that I am very late now. and now I am struggling and collecting penny , penny to make one bitcoin. |

My biggest regret has to do with when I sold some Bitcoin for cheaps and later it skyrocketed in December and January when I had so little to make any significant gains. It's a lesson so I'm now learning the technical analysis now in order to make correct future predictions.

My biggest regret in bitcoins is I did not believe on it back in 2011 it cost only a dollar , I am really planning to buy some but unfortunately I spent my money on somewhere else aside from that I believe in an investment program back in 2015 that it will magically double my bitcoins in 100 hours ! sad to say I didn't get to doubled my bitcoins at the same time I lose all my bitcoins

Yepp this is what I am also still regretting a bit. But there are so many people who didn't care about it back in these days. It was in 2012 when I first read about it. The article was on arstechnica.Around that time Bitcoin was around $9! https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2012/07/bitcoin-price-soars-above-9-for-the-first-time-in-almost-a-year/I thought Bitcoin was just another quick internet money hype which will disappear pretty soon. I had no idea how it worked at that timen and no clue about blockchain technology. |

I was about to invest in scam cloud mining sites but fortunately I do a lot of research before investing in any new option so as part of it I asked other bitcointalk members and they advised me, not to go with any such investment even if it seems to be promising. I never tried investing any ICO. |

Besides "not getting in sooner"  Obligatory: BFL  EDIT: Bitcoin "mistakes" go here =)My biggest regret of mines in bitcoin was, when my best friend told me to buy bitcoin while the price is drop in two 200$, I didn't listen to him even He is willing to teach me how. And the price now was 900$ almost close to 1000%$. |
