My mistake is that at the beginning of my investment I sold a part of bitcoin during the price decline. I then was inexperienced and thought that the technology is losing its relevance, in consequence of which the price falls. But over time, I realized I was wrong.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I purchased my Bitcoin in 2015 it was just 200 usd in those days and I had an additional money that time I purchased more , however put it in HYIP that was the most stupid thing I've ever done in my entire life and nothing returned to me. So, this alts/ btc crashes it has no impact compare to what I lost in the prior years.

So far my biggest regret in bitcoin, is when the price increased on its highest peak then that time I had my idea to convert it on fiat but I just let it, then after an hour/s the bitcoin decreased more than $800 then I was just, oh shit wrong move.
Then suddenly days after the price increase again the same as the price before then I had that idea again to sell it but I didnt do it because of thinking that the price will increase more but I was wrong then the price goes down again, I guess if I did it, I earned a lot but then it never happens Cheesy Sad

During the last market fall, the price dropped very much and I had the money to buy bitcoin at low prices. But for some reason I was afraid to do it, because I was not 100 percent sure about bitcoin. And now I regret it very much.

My biggest bitcoin regret is sending some bitcoin to a wrong wallet address. So I stopped trading for 2 weeks. That was the biggest mistake I ever have done. I double checked but same mistake happened twice  for my unfortunate. I learnt my lessons. Now I check the address and conform it more than 3 times and do not send such amount of BTC at once.

One of my biggest regrets is not selling at the top and buying back at the bottom. Sure I sold close to the top for profit and I'm back in it now, but I wish I waited until that 20K high to liquidate.

there are some regrets I have up till now said "why can"
* selling Bitcoin at a price of $ 6700, which I bought at a price of $ 9700
* said Bitcoin was one of the new types of fraud (in 2014)
* invest some Bitcoin in ICO which turns out to be a scam.

In the future, I will be more careful and will continue to look forward to the opportunities, because Bitcoin is one of the opportunities that I underestimated a few years ago.

My regret is not trusting bitcoin when bitcoin was born and the price is still cheap and I also think that bitcoin will die that day.

I remember the days I would spend tolling on those faucet websites to earn a few dimes here and there. I did this for months before I discovered this forum and realised it was so much easier to make money here!

What are some of your biggest bitcoin regrets, and what were you thinking back then?

EDIT: Bitcoin "mistakes" go here =)

It's better to make conclusions instead of regrets. Wasting time on regrets isn't good at all.

Like many I regret too for selling Bitcoin when the price was low and I din't sell just Bitcoin but other currencies were too because I was scared that price would fall furtherer and might loose my investment entirely but I was wrong at that moment and I hope those kind of situation will never happen to me and even thinking now what I did I am really getting frustrated

I think many have had similar mistakes and regrets, why did I sell so cheaply, why did I buy so much and something like that.

For me, this is the most valuable experience in learning how to become a good and right trader, because it will be your knowledge about selling and buying next in the future
